My two babies were taken great care of here. Surgery healed quickly, and they were back running around in two days. The receptionist was lovely and helpful. I did not speak to the vet, but they did a fantastic job, in my opinion! Their prices are affordable, the office is clean, and quality care, which makes me happy!

We love Dr. Brandon! She is so patient and really takes time to get to know your pets. I appreciate that she doesn’t rush the visit, and she thoroughly explains any issues and answers all my questions. Also, I couldn’t ask for nicer staff members that have assisted with my pets.
This clinic truly shows kindness and compassion and that’s important to me. Thank you, Cross County Veterinary Clinic!

Just moved back to Wynne and needed updated shots for Kylie. The ladies at Cross County Vet made the transition seamless and they also use the same App her previous vet used! Win!

Worst vet experience I have ever had. When we took are animal there they seemed more like it was a inconvenience because it was there lunch time it was the only time I had to drop him off. That evening i called for a update on him they didnt call back till the next day. After treating him they said I could pick him up. Then I get a call after lunch and they said owe he died. Tried to call again another time all I get is automated garbage and leave a message then who knows when they will call back. When they called back they seems annoyed they were talking to me so with this experience I would not recommend this vet for any use find a vet that actually cares and don't seem like your waisting there time

*UPDATE*
Our dog was seen again the day before Thanksgiving, 11/27/24 and prescribed the med this time. However, it is now 12/8/24 and the pharmacy still has not received the med.

*Initial Review*
I would give them zero stars if it were possible. We have a mini poodle that was diagnosed by these people to have benign prostate enlargement. Because of this he cannot fully empty his bladder and when he does urinate it is foul smelling because of the bacteria it causes. Something akin to a UTI is what our poor baby is dealing with. These people said that neutering is the only answer. My boyfriend specifically asked if there were any meds to remedy the problem. He was told they don't make meds for dogs with this issue. We did not want to neuter him. So, I decided to do some research and there is a med called Finasteride that, given daily, could help him. I decided to call them today to simply ask them for the prescription. Today I am told that meds do exist to help but they don't work. Also in order for them to do anything which I'm not sure what that would be since the meds don't work we would have to bring him back in. Why would we pay these people to look at the same issue when we've already asked them the first time for the meds and were told they didn't exist? Now I know the meds exist and that they obviously work for some or they wouldn't be available for his specific condition via prescription.

They fit our furbaby Galaxy in, when I called around 3 p.m. on a Friday.
We live in Jonesboro (about an hour away); we arrived at Cross County around 4:40, (they close at 5), they were waiting on us, stayed open past 5, and gave our baby girl amazing treatment?
