Amazing, truly great people. I came in for a phone accessory. I had a question on a phone issue I was having. Guy was very knowledgeable and helped me out with my issue. So thankful to my guy here. Will definitely make sure I come back for any need.

EXCELLENT! In addition to restoring my destroyed cell phone screen to new, service was greeted with a friendly smile. Unlike the repair shop I previously visited on 15th street where I was never acknowledged, Crimson won't ignore you. Thanks a bunch!

University Blvd. was extremely helpful and upfront about cost and wait time on the phone. They actually replaced my son’s cracked I-phone 10 screen while I was taking to them at the store. Then, as a first time customer they threw in a screen protector. The new screen functions perfectly and has a 30 day warranty. I highly recommend them for their customer service and the quality of their work.

Found the right screen, scheduled the convenient time for repair, and did a great job with my s8. Worked with me to get the right screen protector to prevent future issues. Clearly willing to go the extra mile for the customer!
