Bought a phone here and 2 days later it stopped working. We brought it back to the Cricket retailer and they told us we needed to buy a part to fix it.
The sales assistant there said they did the same thing to her. (And she works there!)
So I called the Customer service and the woman I spoke to literally said "She didn't care".

For good phones and decent customer service, save yourself the hassle and go to a reputable establishment.

Now the owner of this business will post a canned response saying they are sorry ant to contact them at an ambiguous website (see below). They don't care and the website is useless.

Manny and Cecilia ARE AMAZING! Sometimes I wish my phone would break just so we can go up there and see them. They're friendly, they're knowledgeable, bilingual and just plain awesome. I couldn't possibly say enough good things about them. Even if the service itself sucked, I'd still keep it for them.... but it's great service too! I'm bringing up two more family members to join on our plan.

Cricket recently lost one of its towers, resulting in 3G phones no longer being able to send/receive calls. The two young ladies working tonight (Yesenia and Jasmine? im so sorry if i forgot your names already, its only been a few hours T.T ) were positively amazing. Knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and even stayed after closing to let my phone finish transferring to the new upgrade I got.

Add on top of that the inexpensive service and great quality, and I LOVE this location. Hats off to you guys!

Could improve on store services by making agent more knowledgeable on helping with troubled phones.
Asurion kept my $40. I returned their phone sent to me when they wanted $240 for the phone I was to have as a replacement. Still don't. Have my $40. Have called three times and get the run around every single time. Never heard so many irresponsible excuses not taking care of customers but keeping their money and not resolving the problems
I don't have the money to change companies or I would.
I also don't like getting help from the reps from Philippines. Their diction is non understandable. Get excuses and pass the buck from those I've talked to.

I can't believe they give you 5$ for free just to enroll into auto pay can't beat that plus the great price with these crazy features.. Wonderful experience as usual. Guided by a true professional whom was able to refer me to a great alternative selection since they no longer had the phone I orginaly wanted in stock. To be honest I'm glad they didn't.... The phone I ended up purchasing seemed to be far superior that the other one. THANK YOU CRICKET!
