I was struggling with chargers at my Warehouse ( about a mile or two from Creative Cell) the owner came to my rescue and was kind enough to deliver all of my needed high quality chargers for me and my associate, and even gave me some business pointers! Ok, here is my final review of Creative Cell. First off, I went to their store about 2 months ago from writing this review to get my Samsung Note 5 Rear Camera replaced due to accidentaly cracking it, last year. The atmosphere and staff were excellent. Lots of accessories to offer. Anyways, I told them about my problem. They ordered the replacment for a fairly cheap price. I was told to wait at least a week for it to arrive. I went back after almost a week and they repaired it. Tested the camera and the picture turned out great. So, I left the store without fully inspecting my phone. (How dumb of me). A week or two surpassed and i've started to notice that my screen started to tear. (I think it was adhesive). Wrote my first review about the screen tear. The owner, Cesar, was kind to respond to my review. After exchanging words, he offered to replace my screen and camera (First replacement of the camera was great). I was like 'ok, that's fine'. Took about two weeks for my replacements to come in. I went back to their store had it replaced. Now my Note 5 looks brand new. I'll provide pictures of the screen tear and the new screen. In conclusion, if any of you guys are looking for great service, accessories, or replacements. Go here. It's cheap compared to other stores.

The staff were very helpful and the prices were awesome. My phone's screen protector started coming up and cricket tried to charge $30 to get a replacement because it didn't start coming up within 7 days. Ridiculous. Decided to try this place and they offered to replace it for half the price. It was put on excellently with no bubbles and the employee put it on in less than a minute.

Took my wife's iPad here to have the broken screen replaced. This is the third time I have used there services to repair an Apple product. First two times were to replace an ipad screen and the third for an IPhone screen. They are always very nice and helpful and reasonably priced. It cost $80.00 to replace an ipad screen. This last time when replacing my ipad screen they made numerous attempts to get into my ipad without a password and locked up the screen. They then conveniently offered to unlock it for an extra $20.00. So they loose two stars for locking up my wife's iPad without permission; then trying to use it their advantage to make money. That's just not good customer service. By the way, the screen put on the iPad, I believe is an aftermarket product because the screen sticks out more than the original.

Good customer service. Called ahead and asked for a price quote which was told to me instantly and was one of the best prices Ive been quoted for my Galaxy Note 4 phone. Waited only half an hr and my phone was ready! Awesome!! Will definitely spread their good service around to my navy base community.

Took in my Apple Watch to have the screen fixed very quick repair I dropped it off Sunday part was ordered on Wednesday and I was contacted to come pick it up on Thursday staff is very friendly and knowledgeable

Top notch customer service! Fast and fabulous service. They fixed my phone and tablet and they both work great and look like new! I haven't had any issues with either one and its been almost a year. I highly recommend this place to all my family and friends. I haven't had any complaints from the people I have recommended here either. . Also, the best prices in the 805!
