Fantastic experience! Staff were wonderful. Facility has a good combination of activities and a very healthy offering of different Crayola products. The experience is probably best suited to kids under 10. It took a while to get inside as there was a long line. They could have longer hours to accommodate more people. Would recommend for people to try, especially with young children.

This place is fantastic. For an extremely reasonable price, my daughter was entertained for literally hours. The staff were all teens and young adults so the customer service could have been much better as far as their interaction with the kids at the activities. You're not getting Disney or ChicFil A type politeness. But the atmosphere is really terrific and it's chock full of hands on activities for the kids. Really well done.

Had an excellent experience! Great experience for toddlers and older kids. Really made for both ages. Going with toddlers it was nice to see separate areas of play so you weee not concerned about big kids running them over. All areas really spread out with plenty of room to play. A lot of free items included in admission which is so nice! Downfall is limited staffing so some experiences took a lot longer. Overall would be back.

I recently took my kids to the Crayola Experience, and I have to say, I was disappointed. The $30 entry fee for adults, and kids and for the adults only gives you basic access to walk around the facility, which feels like a lot for what you get i don't want to make crayon i brought my kids for the experience not me so of course the adults give the kids there bags there lil washable animal to just stand there and watch them do these excursion is insane this is not a theme park there is no way any parents should pay to enter into this if they are not participating now if the parent wants to participate yes the parent pays but if i am already paying for three kids why do i need to pay for myself to walk around and chase after kids to tell them to sit down no one was around at any station to explain to you what and how to use the machine or even explain the excursion we had to do it ourselves tokens kept getting taken away no one to replace had to buy token token machine was out of service had to locate someone to prove let them know i'm missing tokens and etc. As a parent, you're expected to pay just to supervise your kids while they explore, but you don’t actually get to participate in most of the activities unless you pay more every other activities have a fee that the kids really want to do who care about getting free crayons these kids want to do slime and etc which is additional cost .

On top of the entry fee, almost every fun activity comes with an additional charge. Things like making slime, glitter tattoos, gem-making, creating art, and even getting a wax hand are all extra costs. It feels like they lure you in with the promise of an exciting experience, only to hit you with more fees once you're inside. And as an adult, you're essentially just standing around, watching your kids enjoy the activities without being able to join in or even fully understand what's happening.

I get that some activities might have an extra fee, but it’s frustrating when the core experience is so limited. For $30, I expected more. Parents are already paying to supervise, and the added costs make it feel like we’re just there to watch our kids do everything without actually getting anything in return. For families on a budget or those looking for a more immersive experience, I’d say skip this one.
It’s nice but adults shouldn't have to pay to just walk around and supervise our own kids and than spend over 200 dollars inside the park if you have more than one kids to feed them and to enjoy the other excursions they have to offer

The Crayola Experience is a delightful haven for children, brimming with a plethora of engaging activities. Kids can enjoy selecting their own crayon, personalizing it with their name, and even rolling it into creation, all while exploring their creativity through coloring their very own pet.

The array of activities is impressive, and the staff are attentive and quick to address any concerns, ensuring a smooth experience for families. As a parent, I highly recommend this attraction for children aged four and up.

Pro tip: It’s wise to bring along an extra pair of socks, just in case your little one encounters any “little accidents.” Additionally, having some cash on hand for tokens will enhance the experience and allow for even more fun.

Overall, the Crayola Experience offers an enjoyable and imaginative day out that little ones will love!

We cane here for the first time and it was amazing! They had so much more to do than we had expected. Definitely enough to make a full day trip to! They had several crafts for the kids to do and many activities. The kids had a blast! I would recommend to any families to try this place out!

This was so much fun!!! We paid $30 to get in (only paid for my daughter, it was my birthday week so I had free entry, and my son is under 2 so he was also free). Not sure if I’d want to pay more than that. They have a nice play area, one for big kids and one for toddlers, make your own crayon, mold a crayon, model magic station, making your picture into a color page, cartoon station, color drip, a theater, and so much more. I’d recommend it more for younger kids. The areas were all very clean and well kept even though they were busy.

First, I would like to give a shout out to Valeria, who gave excellent customer service as I bought my ticket for myself and my toddler. It was a rough, “no nap” kind of day (parents, you know). Valeria was positive, encouraging and gave me the pep talk that I needed. A++++ to her for making me a net promoter before I even entered the play-land!

Now as for the facilities, they are stroller friendly and special needs friendly; allowing enough space and movement for assistive devices to turn and navigate without feeling compromised.

The second floor is a kids dream (adults, think Vegas), with activities both free and byways of using your tokens. There are multiple places for freedom of movement involved in interactive play with technology and by the old-fashioned way, the playground areas! They even have private rooms for birthday parties.

I’ll definitely be returning and telling my mom friends about this place.
