My iPad 8th gen quit charging. They spent 15 or so minutes cleaning and checking out the charging port. Said the port was bad and needed to be replaced:cost $139. BUT he told me I’d be far ahead to upgrade, even to just a 9th gen, which I could buy on Amazon for $249. Said that way I’d have a new battery, etc. So that’s what I did. He didn’t charge me anything for the diagnostics or his time. I really appreciated that he didn’t just go ahead and replace port to make some money. If I ever have tech issues again I will definitely go back there.

Amazing spot! Owner was so kind and knowledgeable. He doesn’t push to upsell , and he even found what I needed ( tempered glass) on Amazon for much cheaper. My daughters iPad screen was in need of repair and they replaced it within 2 days ( he had to order the correct color or it would have been 24 hours.) Price to fix was much cheaper than I had assumed. Excellent repair! Thank you for your services!

I called yesterday terribly upset, because they said to my son, a few drops of water would not hurt the water resistant phone. My son picked up the phone with wet hands after washing them... and the camera was fogged. He was hestical as he has waited so long to have it fixed. Well... the guys at the shop were 100% correct. Today the phone is perfect. I called and apologized. I am embarrassed and also amazed and impressed that they cared enough to reach out, even though it was 100% "user error." Chris was very understanding, and graciously accepted my sincere apologies. I do not know if all CPR shops, are this amazing... but Chris and his staff are the best. They have above and beyond customer service. Thank You!
