Thank you to the outstanding service provided by the professionals at C.P.R. in Jacksonville! I took my son's iPhone in because of a severely damaged screen and I was greeted by Thomas and Taylor. Both were very friendly and Thomas immediately went to work on the phone and it was done within 15 minutes! Very fair price and excellent customer service! Thank you to Thomas, Taylor, and also John! I look forward to returning to you all in my next time of need!

Super sweet gentleman helped with a new screen and protector. Even though the protector was stubborn he worked thru it until it was perfect. Answered questions for when I get my new phone on getting it set up with my own case and protector. Will come back!

I cracked my phone. Thank goodness I purchased the insurance. Filed my claim they sent me to Ubreak it, We fixed it worst customer service ever! Thank goodness I checked with my carrier before just paying out of pocket to go somewhere else. They sent me to Cell Phone Repair in Jacksonville, what a difference a day makes. Best customer services from the time I walked in the door to the 30 minutes.....30 minutes it took Chris to repair the phone. It you need a repair done take it to them. If they can't repair it or the cost out weighs the replacement they will be honest with you ( I overheard the manager have that conversation with a customer that came in while i waited).

Walked in the place smelled nice and was greeted as I walked in they had great service! Helped me pick a phone from a selection of iPhones and Samsungs, I ended up choosing an iPhone 15 and was helped transferring my data from my old phone, also they were able to help me find a iPhone case and screen protector that fit my needs!

Bought a Ps5 and it's got issues they were supposed to have fixed weeks ago but said they would call when ready to repair and still haven't received a call and on the 2nd remote control from them and it messing up now as well !!! My opinion they are a big rip off!!! 3 months later STILL NO RETURN PHONE CALL TO REPAIR IT and I have called a couple of times but get run around.....
