Decided to go in after 2 other places told me they couldn’t fix my boyfriend’s charging port and he would need to get a new phone! The worker told me all it had was dirt! Went to the back and cleaned it real good, and it ended up working like new! Worker was so kind and friendly! He helped us out a lot! This is the worst place to take a phone. The people are not trustworthy and they do not honor their commitment! I took my S24 Ultra into this store to get the screen replaced. These people gave me a phone that shuts down frequently, it takes a long time to load an app, the camera does not work, and the battery gets depleted in a short amount of time. This place is garbage! Do not trust them!

I needed a new screen put on my S24 Ultra, so I trusted this company to do the work for me, but they must have changed the battery in my phone because the battery depletes in a few hours, my camera will not function, and my phone glitches and restarts all the time. They ruined my phone and stole my battery!
