Cox TV service in Eloy is absolute garbage. Customer Service is a joke. Go elsewhere, don't waste your time or money.

That won't be of any help at all. As I stated, COX customer service is appalling, that's why we're in the mess we're in with our COX service. Hours more wasted on the phone with an out of country outsourced rep who has a difficult time communicating and reads from a script is NOT help. No need to comment further.

Worst experience I ever had with this company hidden fees and their customer service is ridiculous especially when there's a power outage in the area and they don't want to acknowledge the situation. I'm shopping around for better internet service in my area because this company isn't one of them.

The attendant was quick to look up our order and fetch the modem/WiFi that we needed for their 1 Gbit ethernet. But she was quite abrupt and simply said, "I can't help you," when asked simple questions. Quite unfriendly! And the service fee of $110/mo is high. I wish Casa Grande had alternatives, so there would be some completion and some pressure to improve. By the way, the 1 Gbit is the speed to the modem. By the time the signal goes through the WiFi router, you are lucky if you get half that speed.

Took off work so I could drive out here to be present for the internet install. Guy showed up in an unmarked mini-van and left without giving me a chance to answer. I called him as he was leaving and waived at him that i'm home, but he hung up on me as he drove away as I was trying to tell him. They don't care at all about their customers.

This is directly to the main corporate here- you guys are charging too much -It is ridiculous to have this issue here in Casa Grande, AZ. that's twice in a short time and no discounts/refunds coming our way - a simple sorry for the inconvenience and frustration won't replace the work we are trying to accomplish when working from home - something got to be done to avoid these issues happening. I will be expecting a month free of charge for the frustration and inconvenience here. - than you in advance

I’ve had cox for 4 years and my price has gone up so many times I’ve lost track. No one should get a price increase 6-7 times in four years to total $126 a month for internet. $126 a month for just internet is insane. No one should pay that much. I’m sick of the lame excuses you make. Cox you have never done me right. I’m so done with your upcharges and your rediculous prices. Bye! Photo below for proof
