Laury and I have been here eight months and we love it. Very quiet. It's close enough to walk to church, the market, the library, the hardware store and restaurants. Lots of amenities. Lots of friendly neighbors. Everybody helps each other out and many of us help in the community. Only negative is the guy with the Trump flags. But on a scale of 1 - 10, this is a 10.

I have lived in Country Villa since July 2015, but I have loved this mobile home park for the last 16 years and dreamed of one day living here. It is a beautiful park with lots of big, old trees. The streets and yards are very well maintained. It is quiet, peaceful and very welcoming. I am happy, happy, happy being here! I highly recommend this park to anyone who desires to live in a cozy little home in a friendly neighborhood.

People here are very friendly minus the nosey Karen's (2-3 women) the pool is so clean I don't think I've ever seen a public like this THAT CLEAN!
