Costco is obviously Costco. I don’t normally do this. I decided to leave a review because of the experience I just had at this Costco on McKinley with associates Melissa and Eric who were working the door. I understand there are policies that need to be followed by employees however I do not believe there is ever a reason to stop treating people like humans. I feel like these two were just cruel. I planned to use the restroom after check out but I got caught up in the Costco chaos and I followed the line to the exit. As soon as he highlighted my receipt the feeling came raging back. I said I’m so sorry I forgot to use the restroom; It’s an emergency I’m going to run back really quick. He did NOT allow me to use the restroom. He said if I wanted to use the restroom I needed to scan back in- it was a new policy. Going back through the entrance meant I had to walk a greater distance to the restroom and at this point I was barely holding on. I scan my card again and I tell Melissa I’m so sorry it’s an emergency can I please walk straight through to the restroom (which would mean I would have to cut through a small unused hall way connecting the entrance and exit.) She very rudely stated I will not be doing that and that I will being walking all the way around to the restroom.

This Costco bakery is so nasty. I found hair in my cake and recently a fly was in my unopened pumpkin spice loaf. Food court is better. The new salad and roast beef sandwich is amazing. Some food will be sold out like the ice creams.

Moved to a brand new construction 3-story home and was excited for appliances. Ordered washer dryer and refrigerator and multiple other items. Delivery employees refused to wear shoe covers and now new carpet has multiple dark marks that are hard to remove. Delivery employees insisted other delivered items are "first floor only" when the label clearly says "ROOM OF CHOICE." Refrigerator door had issues immediately since installation; one tries to stay closed and one tries to stay open. They said it was "normal." The laundry tower arrived defective and door did not shut. They said they will leave it in my garage, having it take up space, and file an exchange. A week later, I received no other information and I had to call Costco and speak with at least 4 different employees. Employees said it was processed as a "refund." I clearly stated an exchange as I do not have a washer and dryer and can not do laundry. Employees fixed it for an even later date. I asked how do I complain about multiple items arriving defective and having me call numerous times instead of them conducting their tasks properly. The employee on the phone said, "I don't know, just blame me." I received an email and checked online and turns out, the laundry tower was scheduled for A DIFFERENT DAY. I called numerous times once again and got passed around to multiple people and they just said "its a glitch so ignore it." To this day, my fridge still has issues and I have no laundry to this day. My fiance and I had to take multiple days off work for Costco's ridiculous and pathetic "delivery" and "communication/service." I had not been able to do laundry in over two weeks. The lack of professionalism, resolution, and solution over a simple exchange and installation is insane. Do not order from here and am considering pursuing further action

Costco is always renovating and making improvements. They have numerous new and delicious sounding snacks in the frozen food department just ready for the holiday season. Customer service is always excellent. Today I remarked that I couldn't find the size I want in a blouse I was looking at. I walked away and a few minutes later a staff member found me because she had found the shirt in the size I was looking for!
They have good prices on a lot of different types of products.
Weekends are busy, but staffed accordingly.

The only reason I goto Costco is because of my mother who has dementia and loves Costco. I on the other hand do not. Their customer service is awful they give me an hard time checking in and checking out everytime. The products they carry are sub par and over priced. They do not care that I am caregiver to my mother and constantly give me a hard time trying to go into store to look after my mother. They simply don’t care about disabled people or the caregivers that are assigned to them. Due to their stupid policy of entry and reentry into the store. Costco is a complete nightmare to me.

The older lady at the checkout and older gentleman putting our items in our cart were both very rude. I would recommend just using self check out or going to a different location entirely.

People are amazing, but I called to make a pre order for 3 pizzas and they said I don’t need to because they would be ready. 30 minutes later and they are not ready. This caused me to be late to my meeting. When did this change that they don’t take call in orders?
