A company that values its customers. Ruben, in my mind, went above and beyond what I expect from sellers these days. First, I emailed them regarding NCAA bags that they did not have shown on their website. They found my university and I purchased the bags. When the bags came in with the wrong filling (corn instead of proresin) Ruben had another set of bags sent, without charging me. I appreciate that they did this and honestly don't feel I would have received this type of service elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE. It took 6 weeks longer than promised for delivery and when we received them the boards were damaged in multiple place. They either used a bad piece of wood or damaged them in the production. Instead of starting over, they tried to sand the damaged wood (see pic below). They also missed staining part of the board and one of the bolts for a leg had splintered through the board making the board unstable. Customer Service was impossible to reach and they tried to blame other people for their issues. Ultimately, I had to reach out to my credit card company to get a refund.
