Wow. A hidden gem known locally. A must visit for Italian food lovers. Some of the best Carbonara I have ever had. The Fresh house made Pasta prepared El Dante was excellent . The crispy prosciutto bites were unbelievable! Outstanding Tiramisu traditional style.

Service is on point... The food is superb!!!! I ordered the chicken Parm, and the homemade pasta was one of the best I've ever tasted. The chicken was juicy and delicious. The crab cake was beyond amazing. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!!!

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner at Cork & Olive and it was excellent. We reserved a room and had about 20 guests. The owner and staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere was nice and the decor felt like a good blend of fancy Italian, but also inviting. And the food was delicious! I had the carbonara and also tried some of the gnocchi in a bolognese and I thought both were great.

I don't normally write reviews, but I was pleased with their work and they deserve the recognition!

Great food. A pleasant surprise, in our own backyard. Food that was meant to get your tastebuds dancing. Fabulous selection of wine. Nothing fell short, especially not the service. The owner was very kind and easy to talk to. The server was so friendly, we wanted her to come share the rest of the night with us. Highly recommend.

We dined here and had an amazing experience! The owners are very kind and personable and their staff is all around friendly and helpful. We had the Cork and olive appetizer sampler and it was to die for. The bruschetta was incredible. We also had the Chilean Sea bass entree and the chicken Parmesan and they were so authentic and cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for authentic Italian food and delicious wine.

The owner was fantastic and recommended wines for our party. Some of our meals ordered were good, one was not. Would not recommend not ordering the eggplant Parmesan. The eggplant was so tough it was next to impossible to eat. Maybe we just never had it prepared that way before?! Other than that that the whole experience was fabulous and we enjoyed the owner so much!

I had a warm welcome from the owner, Anthony, despite the fact I was one of the latest patrons. Anthony assured me I wasn’t holding anyone up and answered all of my questions. He made me an excellent old fashioned & made a wine suggestion for my chicken piccata which was light, heavenly perfection. Just what I needed after a very long work day. Wish I lived in town, this would be one of my regular spots. A local gem not to be missed.
