I suspected my motherboard failed and brought it in, regretfully my suspicions were confirmed but it was replaced and repaired quickly even though it was the holiday season.

If I or my husband need any repairs or upgrades in the future I know exactly where to take our PCs. Absolutely wonderful experience all around.

Chris was very helpful in the process of helping me repair my damaged screen on my Mac. On top of that he gave me a great price in comparison to apples. He was very professional and was able to complete the fix in two days. Would highly recommend!!!

Although there is a tiny language barrier, Mr. Chris was able to assist me in my PC troubles I have been having for more than a year. I went to him one time when the issue was evolving, and the issue ended up fixing itself. However, it came up again recently, and I went back to Mr. Chris a second time, and he was able to be lenient and understanding. He offered great prices and technological answers, and he was able to fix the issue in less than a day! Praise God for Mr. Chris and his wife, they are awesome people!

I had bootup and no posting problems with my MacBook Pro, I brought it in compuwiz getting diagnosed by Chris for $80 of diagnostic charge, and Chris figured out in a couple of hours and called with solutions, time frame and estimates. Compared to the price in Apple Store visited previously, his was much cheaper and his turnaround was much shorter than committed. I am very happy with his professional job and I have a go-to person for computer problems. Definitely highly recommended to whoever has computer issues.
