Rob has proven to be not only very knowledgeable and affordable but most importantly, for me, he is honest. It doesn't matter if it's my truck, motorcycle or PC, I've had nightmare experiences looking for someone who would just shoot straight with me and not try to bleed me dry. 🙂 Well Rob has worked on my PC a couple times now and each time he takes time to explain in layman's terms just what the problem was, what he did and why he did it. And when I get my PC home, set it up it runs fantastic. I have to drive about an hour and a half to his shop and I do it with joy because I know my PC is in the very best hands. I made the mistake of trying to download Windows 10 on my new laptop. The computer worked fine for a month and then began to fail and erase work I had done on that computer. Rob wasn’t able to get my erased work back but he was able to install Windows 8 on my machine and it has worked fine for several months since. He also backed up my home desktop which has years worth work on it. I give Rob four stars and two thumbs up for knowledge, courteously, effort, and competitive pricing… Oh, and did I mention that he came to me and picked my laptop up? I didn’t have to search for his business location to get my problems solved.

My husband and I have been taking our computer problems to Rob for years. One day I logged on to the computer, and immediately, a pop up came up and said an update needed to be done. I've been relying on Rob for about 5 years to keep my old computer running. Three times now he has resurrected it after a virus attack and each time he got it running better than it did before.
