Literally scalpers with a store front. Been a long time customer, and that stops today. A new Pokemon set released today. Waited in line for them to open. Every single product was x2 MSRP. $50 ETBs are $100. Three pack blisters are $30. There is absolutely no reason to raise prices this much, even if that's what TCGPlayer says the market value is. These guys pay around $30 for the ETB, and then sell it for $100. Ten dollars per pack is insane. Also, now that I won't be shopping there anymore, I can confirm (like other reviews on here) that the employees are extremely rude. ONE GUY that works there (the skinny one lol) is very nice and respectable. The other two are ALWAYS rude. They talk to you as if they have better things to do than help you, even if you have a very simple question. The guy that said he got crazy attitude after asking to see the game, I believe that 100%. I wasn't there to see it, but that DEFINITELY sounds like something these guys would do. They're just not nice people, and they're blatantly ripping people off. Do not support scalpers. I included a picture of the three pack blisters and the binder box, just in case they try to say they didn't raise the prices lmao $30 for three packs and $50 for five packs. Pathetic.

(Adding onto the review because they responded) see what I mean? Lmfao. Rude. Also, let's clarify something since apparently you're not in touch with your own business. Pokemon announced they WILL BE REPRINTING EVERY MODERN SET. This means eventually, Prismatic Evolutions will be readily available. You're literally just ripping people off while you can, and it's pathetic. It's insane the ego you guys have. Treat people like trash, rip them off, and respond to your reviews within minutes while you're at work lmfaooooooooo

This place is cool! 😎 I went the other day to trade in some old ps2 games and the guys working there were awesome . They always take care of me when i go there to buy or trade games. Really recommend this place. they have everything from old school games to the latest games and consoles, they also have gaming cards and more !
You guys rock 🤘🏽 dont listen to the haters posting negative stuff about you guys. I Will be back again soon! Thank u 🙏🏼

Just tried to buy a game that is relatively old. Asked the bearded guy at the counter if he could open it so I could validate if the game was in good condition. He threw his arms up and acted like I was so out of line for asking to see the condition of a $30 item that is 15 years old. He cut the scotch tape that was keeping the game closed and said “I’ll do it just this once for free, but don’t expect to come in here and have me do this ever again”. Why would someone buy from you when you are moaning and groaning and whining over asking you something completely reasonable? I totally would have bought the item too. Left it on the counter and left. Don’t be a scumbag with a nasty attitude if you want business. (THIS MOST CERTAINLY DID HAPPEN NO MATTER WHAT THE OWNER SAYS. AS UNFRIENDLY AS IT GETS.)

I came for the video games. Decent selection of older stuff. I was a bit turned off to see unmarked reproductions & replacement cart labels mixed in with the rest but as long as you know you’re stuff you shouldn’t make a mistake buying something you didn’t intend to buy. Also the games are not cleaned but you can look and and inspect before you buy. Prices are what you’d expect from a retail store and clearly marked but I think very fair; not outrageous at all.
Staff seemed fine to me. Basic customer service was nothing to complain about. I would go back again. It was worth my time.
Tons of card & tabletop games but not my thing so I can’t comment on that stuff.

Great stop for all my Pokemon needs. They also have Magic, One Piece and a lot more. Minis and statues and just a great place to meet up and hang.

The staff is friendly and willing to help. They seem to have a lot of D&D and MTG items but lack a variety of other tabletop games.
