They are completely unresponsive when you call, leave messages or get put on hold for an hour then hung up on. Correct answers marked wrong and ZERO help (have proof of correct answers submitted). You get dinged to pay more and more at the end yet they delay sending certificate of completion to court and DMV. Had they ever responded appropriately or helped over the phone, I would rate higher. Course is easy. It's not funny at all but it could be worse.

Response: Lack of help is not good. I know how to take a test, I appreciate your assumption I'm stupid. I have proof and sent it.
Ironically, same 2 answers as before. You can't leave questions unanswered yet doesn't show my answer (as it was correct). I call, finally get someone to pick up and then immediately hung up on without a word spoken. The court has not received the certificate. Happy to get on a 3 way call with them as verification. The certification sent is the issue and I overwhelmingly feel it wasn't sent and won't be sent. I would happily alter my review. Sad that this is the ONLY way to get a response.

If you just want to get it done fast. Don’t pay for the extra video (that’s recommended) I just skipped through everything and took the test. Took me 30 minutes probably could have done it even faster but obviously wanted to make sure I answered correctly and passed. Google coupon code. I used the code “funny.” Hopefully won’t need their services again but if I do will definitely be back to Comedy Traffic School.

Just takes your money, course didn’t work but took my money

Course was simple and straightforward. They lie about the discounted price for the course, claimed it was 19.95 when you sign up you’re supposed to get a discount code, never got it. Actual price is $34.95 + another $24.99 to get the bundle for them to send out your certificates to the courts and dmv. I opted for the “upgraded” video package for $9.95 so my total was $69.89. Would’ve been $55 with the discounted code, but they never gave it to me and I don’t have the luxury of time to wait for them, so I will just pay the $69. If you can find a better deal elsewhere do it. I found them to be very dishonest with the pricing and hopefully will never have to do traffic school again, if I do, I will definitely go elsewhere.

Course was easy and quick. You pay after finishing the exam. Be prepared when checking out that you're options are either to purchase a bundle package of upgraded options in addition to the course price or purchase all upgraded options separately in addition to the course price. The site will not allow you to purchse just the course. FALSE ADVERTISING of the course price. I contacted support and was told to call in to place my order. Called different times and no one ever answers even after holding for 10 minutes.

Edit- I finally got in touch with someone at customer service who allowed me to pay over the phone at the advertised price.

Taking this course was actually really simple. I appreciate the fact that you are given options; whether you would like to listen to the course through audio, or videos is really nice. I chose to view the videos and they were informative. All the quiz questions were covered in the course as well as the test questions too. Take your time and read/listen and you should do just fine. You are given the opportunity to redo quizzes until you pass which is a bonus! The only difficult part was figuring out which option I wanted when it came to getting the certificate. They give you a good deal if you do the bundle so I would say just go with that. Overall very good experience.

This course was so great. Super easy and fast! You can't beat the price either. The customer service was excellent as well. I called in with a question about something and they were very helpful and informative, which was really nice because it's impossible to speak with anyone at the court. I'm a good driver but have a heavy foot so I'll definitely be a repeat customer. See you later Comedy Traffic School!

Don't waste your time! I paid for the whole package. 4 tickets to a comedy show in my area & the digital comedy course. NOTHING WAS LEGIT. First the course was miserable. Everyone talked monotone, Erick Estrada talked like your Grandpa struggling to get every word put
It was actually really sad. The when I was do my tickets the company then stated they lost there contracts with the clubs during the pandemic. After back & forth emails the sent me a promo for a club 36miles from my home & that club didn't honor it!! Go elsewhere & save your money.
