El Sabor in Vail, Colorado, truly exceeded our expectations for our son's rehearsal dinner and welcome party on June 21, 2024. We had a group of 27 for the dinner and a larger gathering of 100 for the welcome party, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff at El Sabor made us feel welcome and attended to every detail with professionalism. The food was delicious with a variety of options that catered to all our guests. Despite the large number of guests, the El Sabor team was efficient and attentive. Everything ran smoothly and the feedback from our guest was all positive. The location of El Sabor is stunning, with beautiful views that added a special touch to our celebration. It was perfect for both the rehearsal dinner and the welcome party. Each year we bring a large group up to Vail from our trade association for connection and time on the mountain. We had such a fantastic lunch at El Sabor in 2022 that we brought the group back for happy hour in 2023. Sara was a dream to work with, and the margaritas are AMAZING!
