I bought place here couple months ago and we moved with my wife in march. We are so happy its peaceful here. With people improving their homes around ..it also encouraged us to start remodel.We are excited to see how park will look like in another couple months, things changing everyday. Management keeping everything nice and clean. Boss lady has been always helpful and whole process was smooth.

I've lived in the park for over 3 years. Ever since the new owners have taken over I've seen a real change in how things are run. We have been able to contact with management to resolve any issues that we may be having. The park manager, Jesyka has even helped with obtaining our title. Park management really seems to care about everyone in the park that's something everyone wants in a community.

Thanks to new management the park looks amazing, it’s clean, new streets, new playground, and no trash. Definitely an upgrade. The office manager Jesyka is always available, is so nice and very helpful.

It definitely has seen better days. Basically the whole park is in a state of severe disrepair. Falling down pitiful playground. There is no Landscaping, just trash everywhere. Dogs tied up with deep grooves in the ground from them running back and forth. All around sad looking place.

Just a okay mobile home park . I don’t trust the mangers all that much ! The owners of mobile home park need to re-evaluate their staff . I give it more stars but you would do better in the other mobile home parks like Sunshine Village in Lakeland or The Ridge in Davenport! They pretty much ripped me and my husband off twice they sold it to us for 7,000 when it was only worth 3,000 at the time in 2017 . Then my husband goes and sells it back to the co-mangers son and his wife for only 1,500 but we were only asking less then what we paid for it 4,800. So no I don’t recommend buying or living here! RIPPED OFF TWICE ! Glad I moved from there .

Located right before crooked lake park , with 2 entrances .

Very quiet, except for the close by factory that makes occasional metal noise. Stores are close to the highway, could even walk to them. Neiborhood is very nice, also coutious about outsiders/thief that come into the park. Very clean and tidy.
