I am very disappointed in this company. My property has been for sale for 2 years. No updates. No communication. They did not even show it once. They did not return calls. The owner seems to have too many irons in the fire. I do not recommend this company in any category.

There was not one time you contacted me. I called you. I am very disappointed that you are willing to lie. I never rented my property and do not plan on it. The listing expired and still no contact. The sign had a mans name I had no idea who he was. The sign was set back and covered by weeds. As a result of code of the wests response. I also decided to do a yelp review. This is business not personal. Other reviews from multiple people will follow. Thank you for your response, but the entire response was inaccurate.

Jacqueline Gamboa and I'm assuming Code of the West Realty, since that who she works for treats people the same way... This is a slumlord and you will not get your deposit back, you will not get information disclosed to you that is pertinent such as flood damage, you will not get issues addressed such as locks that are broken and needing fixed as well as other things. The broker will gaslight you into thinking that everything is fine with the house when in reality leases are written differently around the ailments of the particular house that is being rented. I would not bother with this company one bit...., jacqueline, and I'm assuming this agency, since she is an associate of it, also practice in this bad behavior, and feel that a stick stuck in the window with no lock on it is NOT acceptable security, however, this agency does. They also feel that no locks on a screen door and other security concerns are not important. Then when your house gets broken into they will blame it on you. They will then question you, get mad at you and not return your deposit. On top of it, they will not landscape your property, you have to beg them to make it look manageable outside when they tell you "don't worry about mowing the grass we will get it...." They also will not provide proper window furnishings telling you that's your responsibility and the cracked shades were left behind from the former tenant who purchased them totally getting them out of the loop from being responsible to make sure the unit has proper window coverings on it as well. You will not get your deposit back. Whether you rent from Jacqueline and these people for 5 years or one day..... They also will not disclose the ramification caused by severe flood damage such as black mold which can be seen in one of these pictures. Jacqueline, I told you what was going to happen, me reviewing this on you and your Code of the West Agency after your failure to repeatedly fix these problems on numerous occasions... The pictures of outside are after asking for almost 4 weeks to get the weeds cut. Check out Keller Williams realty or another real estate agent by far... So to sum things up this agency along with Jacqueline will rent you a unit that really should not be rented due to several ailments, then you will get blamed for them or at the least not give it any attention like to fix a broken lock windows and put screens on Windows. There are much better real estate agencies and properties to sink a $1,000 deposit into and be assured you more than likely will get it back after 5 years of good tenancy and on time rent.

Kerry convinced us that she could not only recoup her commission but that we were way undervalue. She did not disappoint us.
She stayed committed to us and the sale of our cabin which she was able to sell it in 5 months DURING THE WINTER. Incredible.
We highly recommend Kerry. Her knowledge of mountain property is second to none.

After dealing with this agency and Jennifer riviera for the sale of our house I would NOT RECOMMEND them. We have had attitude, lack of knowledge, lack of communication, lack of response to calls and texts AND wrong details and address on out listing, buyer agents conveying thier concerns of her lack of communication while we're under contract, this has been the WORST experience with a realtor I have ever had, and having to deal with this is EXACTLY why homeowners go to fsbo... update! As of 5//21/23 we are supposed to be under the care of the owner and arika, but we have gotten our information from the sellers agent ....just really sad....the worst real estate agency ever

Scot Mangold was fantastic to work with. He treated my husband and me with respect and worked very hard to arrange home visits. He answered our questions thoroughly, and if he didn’t know the answer he got us the information we needed promptly. With Scot, there is very little pressure — and a lot of help and knowledge — unlike other realtors in the area who treat realty like a part-time job.
