My wife and I purchased our home in Surfside Beach in 2022 with the intention to retire there within a few years. It was a bold move for two conservative people considering we live here in Denver. Prior to the purchase I happened to come across Coastal Carolina Home Watch via a google search. After reviewing their services and reviews I felt comfortable that our home would be in good hands. I definitely made the right decision. Both Jack and Steve were able to provide me the surveillance and security to provide me a peace of mind while being half way across the country. In addition, their connections with local contractors reassured me that any repairs and services would be thorough and CC would coordinate accordingly. We are very grateful for their services and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Have been using CC home watch since 2016 when we first bought out vacation home until our recent move to make it our permanent home. They are very respectful of your property and customize their visits to your needs. Do thorough check of property and report to you via email what was discovered via a detailed checklist. Also can help with hurricane preparation and follow up immediately after hurricane has departed to check for damage. Highly recommend and would give 4 1/2 stars if that was an option.

CCHW are amazing people, Steven has saved us several times! If we didn’t have him checking our condo and immediately reporting to us that our HVAC was not working, we would never have known and would have run into other issues. If you think it’s not that important to have someone checking your place, it truly is a godsend and we never worry. They are worth every penny. Vickie answers emails immediately and the ball is never dropped. We highly recommend!

We are so thankful for Coastal Carolina Home Watch. Our realtor recommended them to us when we purchased a home that we would not be living in full time. Steve not only checked the house but found SEVERAL issues that could have caused major issues. Leaking sink, HVAC not keeping temperature, just to name a few. Their reports were thorough, with photos & explanations. It’s like having a second set of very knowledgeable eyes looking after your home. We now live in the house full time & will continue to use Coastal Carolina Home Watch when we travel.
