This resort is nestled in between high rises and has impeccable gardens, clean rooms and pool. Easily accessible to the beach and the staff was awesome. I look forward to coming back here soon!

We stayed a few days here, our first time to Marco. We had a two bedroom. It was very spacious, clean and a full kitchen. We loved the screened in porch also. The resort itself is dated and lacks amenities. It would be great if it at least has a small bar area. There is access to the beach, and it is a beautiful, large beach. Pool area is small, but good. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We also loved having a covered parking spot assigned to us. The lack of amenities shouldn’t be a concern, as there are many great restaurants within a 5 minute walk. If you like a quiet, slow, beautiful resort/area to go to, Marco is it!

A great spot on the beach for families to vacation at the ocean. Pure beauty and comfort with all you need. I wish they had in unit laundry but it is upstairs at $2 per load in each machine.

The club itself is great; the staff are very hospitable and friendly, and the beach is amazing. But some of the guests that stay there are not of good element. A lot of entitlement attitudes and makes a day at the beach somewhat not pleasant, especially when they are encroaching in your space and feel as if they are entitled to do so and no one doesn't do anything about it.

We've visited this beautiful resort during the pandemic and had a wonderful experience! Of course, it was short staffed but this was because of the pandemic. The resort is gorgeous! Oh this is probably the smallest resort on Marco's island. However, they have private access to the beach. The villas are equipped with everything that you need to enjoy your stay. The villas furniture was a bit outdated but do you have a great space for a family vacation. Can't wait to revisit.

I stayed here from 12/27 - 12/31 bringing along my 70 year old parents. As a small resort it was absolutely perfect, especially during a Pandemic. There were just a few people here even through the resort was fully booked. The second bedroom has two twin beds but I asked them to push them together the day before I arrived which made it better for my parents so they didn’t have to sleep separately. The pool view was absolutely perfect and the beach is just a two minute walk. I brought my own beach chairs but you can rent them. Sunsets on the beach were absolutely gorgeous. ||No dining on property but there are plenty of restaurants close by to either walk to or drive to. I used Insta Cart and bought drinks, snacks and breakfast items from Publix that were delivered. So we only really ate out for dinner. I loved it here so much that I was going to purchase a week to come back every year. When I went over to make the purchase, I ended up purchases a few buildings down at the The Surf Club ONLY because I was able to get an ocean view during the week that I wanted. Otherwise, I would have purchased here and come back every year.

Lovely suite and comfortable setup. It truly feels like a home away from home. We had the 2 bed suite located on the beach and the view was perfect. All you hear are the sounds of the ocean and the wildlife in the vicinity. The pool area is beautiful and all together the resort is visually pleasing. The beach access is literally right in front of you and also a great area for shelling. The Regency definitely has made a return guest out of me.

The worst experience ever and the most disgusting rooms
the rooms were all dirty and used and never sanitized before our arrival
there was urine in the toilet and I had to clean it because the cleaning crew missed our room on their list and when we approached the manager we were offered a 50.00 voucher for my services of cleaning the bathrooms and also washing all the sheets, pillows and blankets. When I became upset and felt insulted he then said that he doesn't owe me an explanation and that I'm just a renter and not the owner.
I would add pictures but the site wont accept the pictures because its not to their liking
