Micah Woodward is one of the best real estate agents I have had the pleasure of working with (which is saying something, because I have been blessed to work with multiple excellent real estate agents over the years). In this instance, I had a narrow window of time in which to house-hunt, and thanks to working with Micah, finding a house took even less time and effort than I had anticipated, and we closed with plenty of time to get things set up for the move. When I arrived in town, she had already lined up an efficient itinerary of houses that would meet my needs in the price range that I could afford, and we were able to view them quickly. As a side note, her prior experience as a property manager serves her well when evaluating homes for prospective purchasers.

Micah’s communication by text and phone was excellent throughout the process, both leading up to the viewings, and the purchase process. She always got documents to me for signature in a timely manner. She also advocated for myself and my family in the back-and-forth leading up to final closing, and I’m not exaggerating when I estimate that her input saved us at least $7,000-$10,000 (probably more). She will be the first agent I call to coordinate with if/when I and my family move again. 10/10, Five Stars, and A+.

We really enjoyed working with Virginia and Cloud Real Estate. She was very knowledgeable about the Fort Hood area and our home was under contract within 2.5 weeks of listing it. Virginia and her team answered all our emails, calls, and questions in a very timely manner, handled the transfer of the home from our rental tenants to the new home buyers, coordinated all inspections and cleaning and repairs, all while we were out of state at our new duty station.
