So deceiving! EVERY machine says enter cash or ticket.. and not 1 takes tickets. ! Vouchers are worthless!!!
No matter how much u win if u hit cash out they KEEP your $
Every game prints tickets not 1 pays out. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR $. It was my 1st time & won't b back

0 STARS PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE ARE SCAMMING YOU
It was my first time ever going to this arcade it was very unprofessional. I witnessed the MANAGER take money out of the register to go gamble and win thousands while others are putting money in machines not winning anything! I was speechless. He is legitimately stealing from the establishment to gamble. Where is the owner The security guard was sitting in a corner on his phone with headphones in not paying any attention to anything. Even caught him sleeping! All the cashiers smell like weed and are sitting around on their phones. They don’t care if you want to cash out they’ll make you wait forever to get your money. Never going here again unless they turn the place around and get new management.
And again…WHERE IS THE OWNER?!

One of my favorites for sure I win here and 5Palms the most. Most of the girls aren't the rude ones that started while is good... That was why I stopped going there. The only complaint I have I the new classics suck.. I hate how high they built the table the computers sit on and some of the chairs are just ridiculous. Other than that great place!!!!

If you like noise, clicks if for you. The place is so busy, food and drinks are served daily. Attendants are very nice. The front of the place outside needs a thorough cleaning frequently through the day, as do the restrooms. Not pretty.

BE CAREFUL, the guy who pretends to be the technician opens the machines, resets the machine to zero, takes money from the machine, closes it and puts a large amount of money back in the slot of the machine and makes it pay! !!
This gesture is used to tell the programming that the machine has to pay! so that limits the earnings of the customers !!!! I saw it with my own eyes and I told the employee who worked there .... she replied that the technician was doing his job !!! 😳👎
I even took the photo of the technician playing on the machines, but I won't post it as a precaussion.
I will never go back to this place.
