I do not usually review limo drivers, but Bill W was extraordinary. An early morning trip to the airport turned into a welcomed conversation. I will request him for future trips. Oh, and the car was clean, ride smooth, on time, bottle of water and even the offer of hand sanitizer…😂

I flew into Ft. Myers last week on our way to Marco Island. The Driver text me when I landed and was waiting when we got our bags. Vehicle was clean, offered us water…On our EARLY flight home, I was so nervous that maybe they wouldn’t come..Nope. Driver was in the lobby at 4:30 am. Outstanding service. What a way to make this trip even better!

We used this company for rsw to Marco island transportation for 5 different families and trips this past week. They were professional, timely, and very efficient from booking to completing the transfers! Excellent drivers too! We started with a driver named Joe M. Who was great and wish I knew the other names because they were all very good!

If you have small children, this is NOT the transportation company for you. This company will charge you a waiting fee if you do not deplane and meet your driver within 15 minutes of your flight landing.

As if traveling with two small children isn’t stressful enough, try being under a time constraint. How can you possibly be expected to deplane (from almost the last row of the plane), change two kids diapers, set up strollers, and go to the bathroom yourself within 15 minutes?!?

Our driver was terrible. He met us at baggage claim and then immediately told us that he had to get the car. With two small kids and three large suitcases and carry ons, do you think he offered to take any of the bags with him….the answer is no! What was the point of him meeting us in baggage claim if he didn’t even help us bring the bags out?

In addition, the entire purpose of us hiring a car service vs Uber was that we wanted to stop at the grocery store along the way. My husband was told that there would be a small fee for doing so, but it would be possible. When we got in the car, my husband reminded our driver that we wanted to stop at a grocery store and we were told that he couldn’t do that, as our flight was delayed so there was no time. Really, a transportation company has never seen a delay before? Perhaps if our driver’s schedule was so tight, the company should have sent another driver.

For a one hour commute, 250$ is a bit steep, but then to add an additional wait fee, that’s just absurd! We are traveling back to Marco Island again and we will NEVER use this company again.

This was the best experience ever with a taxi service! Very professional and well dressed driver's who were on time and well trained! Late model vehicles, very clean!
You have an app to track your ride coming to you! You call and speak to a very courteous scheduler who sends you a confirmation email and text! Prices are very reasonable too!

This was our first time using Classic Luxury Transportation--we have not traveled to this area before. I will use them again and again. They were on time, already waiting for us where they said. We actually missed our original flight and they made it so easy to change our pick up time--thank you Phillip. Mike was our first driver, well dressed, very helpful with our questions about the area. Fabian was our return driver--he arrived early, and assured us he was just letting us know--never to rush us. He also was well dressed and spoke eloquently and we had great conversation with him as well. Both cars--sedan and SUV were clean, and seemed brand new--I'm not a car person so I have no idea their year.

Our friends were searching for an Uber/Lyft the night before and I referred them to CLT--which they booked and also had a great experience. I will recommend them always. Their parent company, Dolphin Transportation Specialists, is definitely doing everything right.

Only one word to describe Classic Transportation. EXCELLENT! I used them in June to and from the airport. I had issues with my flights but they were so accommodating. The cars are beautiful and clean. And Mike and Bill are wonderful.
