I have been several times. Usually a good place to come and swim. The entrance fee isn’t too bad and the concession stand prices aren’t too bad, however the lines are horrible and they take forever. I give them a one star for usually being a good place. However today we went for less than 2 hours because someone pooped in the kiddie area, which I understand they can’t control. So they left open the slides and the lazy river, I have an infant, and we had already paid to get in and they don’t do any refunds at all, but we were there for the kiddie area but since it was closed we were gonna go get in the lazy river because I can’t do the slides with her and all the tubes were gone so I wanted to just get in the water and so we just got in the lazy pool without a floatie and we went around it 2-3 times and life guards had seen us and didn’t say anything besides one certain life guard did and she was so rude about it and I had explained to her that other lifeguards had seen us and didn’t say anything to us and she just walked away and so I was a little irritated but we were just gonna get out and ignore it and then I watched her walk over to the other life guard and start talking about us and pointing at us and so I got really mad. She also was wearing a bathing suit that wasn’t kid appropriate. She was wearing a thong bikini, so her whole butt was out. Some other life guards weren’t even paying attention and was turned around talking to the girls playing volleyball on the other side of the fence. I feel like they could’ve just left us alone since she couldn’t get into the kiddie area and I couldn’t put her in a tube and even if I wanted to, there wasn’t any available. I wasn’t even mad about that, what made me mad was because she went and was talking about me and pointing at me and my 3 month old infant. Probably won’t be back for a awhile. We will go to another water park. I would rather drive further for a better one anyways. They also make you take out your piercings which I don’t understand and they were giving my lesbian best friends dirty looks. All the life guards are very young.

We came on a Saturday so that was our first mistake. The only shade in the park are under what is called cabanas. They are ALL rentable. So all of them were rented on a Saturday. There several single tables with umbrellas but all of them were reserved for the food court. There is no free use shade areas. They have several places where they could put them. They also don't seem to have any capacity limits. So... ..the park is pretty nice for the price. Just don't go on a peak day. They clearly make no accommodations for large crowds. If they did it might almost be bearable.

At the wave pool, even small kids had to be ON TOP of the tubes. No floating without a tube. The lifeguards repeatedly broke rules on their breaks. Measuring of kids was inconsistent. Daughter was allowed to use the slide, then not allowed.
+They did have sprinklers to keep the concrete from blistering your feet, I assume. They were off when we were there for family swim.

The pools are very clean, staff friendly, clean private showers, only $4 to swim. The best entertainment for kids when weather has been nasty.Be careful, the floors are very slick and the whales complain if your kids splash water while they're in the pool. That's what kids do. If you don't want to get wet,,,,, stay home.

My wife and I swim there 5 days a week and is a great place to exercise. Not only can you swim they have an exercise room as well as basketball courts. The facilities are very clean and great staff. A yearly membership is very reasonable.

Came from out of town, one hour round trip. Made the mistake of attending on a weekend in high heat. We were the last family to go through before they reached capacity. Got in the pool for 2 minutes before the whistles blew for a 20 minute break. My youngest son (4) is autistic and immediately had a meltdown being told we had to get out of the water we just got in. It was very hard to recover from the 20 minutes of pure agony for him. We left shortly after for the creek. I understand life guards needing a break, maybe think of a more inclusive solution like a rotating schedule instead of a major pool shut down? I don’t know the solution I’m just thankful my husband and I are capable of ignoring the stares of the entire waterpark as we try to console a child who isn’t capable of regulating his emotions with patience and kindness. We will likely avoid this water park in the future and don’t recommend for littles on the spectrum.
