Maggie did not do a good job cutting my mom’s hair. I wish I would have a before and after picture, but I only have the result and it looks the same as it did when she got there. She was supposed to give my mom a haircut but failed to do so. She also charged my mom a full 85 for nothing (and my mom also tipped her)! It turned out so uneven and had no shape at all. Maggie didn't even wash or style my moms hair. On top of a bad haircut, she also had bad customer service. She does not listen to the customer. I feel bad for my mom since her experience was not good. Anyway, I would not recommend Maggie.

This was the most amazing experience I had with hair stylists!
I called Maggie early in the day and she made me her last appt for 5 pm. She asked me what I wanted and needed and she did exactly that and more! She is quite amazing and she is worth every penny and more!!! I Highly recommend her!

Maggie is incredibly knowledgeable about hair color & has such precision with hair cutting. She makes it seem effortless as she is so skillful. I always walk out of her salon feeling happy & refreshed, not only with my appearance, but mentally uplifted, she has a happiness that is contagious.

Every time I am in town I have Maggie do my hair. She does an amazing cut and color. She used amazing products on my hair. I bought them and they are the best ever. She also explained to me how to use them. Maggie is a great person.

I've been to most every hair cut spot around the south Bay, I'm born and raised in El Segundo. City cuts is genuinely the only spot that's ever given me a consistent cut and I really appreciate that. I had a particularly awful haircut prior to meeting Maggie for the first time and she has been strategically helping me fix it each month! She's the best, absolutely recommend!

For about 20 years I've just had to try new hair cut spots every time I wanted to get one and it was such a gamble - now I don't have to worry about getting a good cut. Thank you Maggie!

Maggie really got to know my hairline and parts prior to the haircut so that she could cut my hair in a way where it would still look good as it kept growing. She pays close attention to the details and has great communication during the haircut. I started going to her after COVID when I had to get a lot of hair cut and she did it so well that I have been going back ever since.
