I love this park! Since I love to disc golf, I mostly come to play the 18 hole championship course. But beyond that, the land is beautiful and there is plenty to do. There is a walking path around the lake, swings, a playground, and more. I would highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area. Huge shout out to Jackson County Parks and Rec for keeping this park awesome.

I walked in this park around 7am. It was so relaxing pretty big stretches of trails but I kept getting distracted by Nature. It was well kept, clean , and their plenty of benches to rest.

mosquitoes 🦟 are hungry in May. nice place though lots of walking. handful of old large oaks that look great in field. secret access to the chipotle river 😉. watch for ticks off the paved trails. flooding occurs but you can still do a lot of walking up from the river. there's beat up exercise stations that have rotted, fallen over. turtles fish rodents ducks noted. ***bring bread the fish n turtles come up to you. did I say a lot of walking. bathrooms are open. water fountains. strange unused buildings on grounds. disc golf is mowed well. I conclude my overview.

An absolute great place to relax. I found myself walking around the park and finding a bench to sit on right next to the river. It was awesome. Bring a book and chill.

Spacious, clean park. Great playground and nice pond with a gazebo. We weren't here long enough to use the restrooms so I can't speak to cleanliness.
