I recently opened my 1st HOTWORX and I was lucky enough to be paired up with Tiffanie at Cinemation Design! She was phenomenal to work with and made my entire install process seamless. She was always very responsive to any question or concern that came up. It was such a pleasure to work with someone that clearly cared about the quality of the work that was being completed in my studio. She followed every step of the process to make sure it was done on time and correctly. The construction and opening phase of HOTWORX is stressful and time consuming for a new Franchisee, but knowing Cinemation's part in the process was being handled by Tiffanie was a huge relief and I'm so grateful to have had her support throughout it! My members also give us a lot of compliments on our studio esthetic, so kudos from everyone!

Okay! I want you to read this review so I am going to keep it as brief as possible:

1. The drum enclosure is ABSOLUTELY perfect and as advertised
2. The Customer service is OUTSTANDING in every way
3. If youre on the fence, dont be. Jump. It is COMPLETELY worth it.

Huge shout out to Renee Bruce (Sales Managers). She was extremely knowledgable, accommodating, and attentive to our needs.
