A pleasure doing business. I don't write reviews unless their bad. until now! i was blown away by their level of guitar knowledge and their price was a little high, but after some negotiation I got a pretty sweet deal,. If you want a great guitar go to Cindy's and ask for Dave the guy behind the glass with the long beard. or Their manager slick rick.

I am grateful that they're available. I've never had a bad experience when using Cindy's Pawn. They've gone through similiar issues as every business when facing COVID and Inflation.

Awesome prices on items, they will actually negotiate with you! From what I've seen, they give the most money on loans, with the lowest percentage rates on payback. Trust me, I've shopped around, they have the lowest annual percentage rate in town! Also, very friendly staff that will explain the entire process before you sign anything!

I went in with a friend and they sure gave him the riot act, this is not a good shop. And when I check their prices for the stuff on their shelfs it was outrageous this place is a rip off. The retail prices are too high and the prices they want to pay for stuff is way too low. They offered my buddy 100 dollars for in M 4 a 1 rifle on a loan. They swore up and down they couldn't make any money on it if he didn't come back to get it. Then I see here interviews that they're sticking up for your own bad reviews they've got more bad reviews then good reviews and they're sitting here trying to defend it I guarantee you will not be in business a few years from now good luck with it butt Hammer.

Would give them 0 stars but don't have that option. The place is shabby ran by grandpa and great grandpa. It's in a sketchy neighborhood and the servants who worked there appeared and acted as scammers. Not about this place is professional. Don't waste your time! They swindled a elderly woman right in front of me! O, & they only cater to people they know. If you have something very expensive as I had just walk out the door they offer very low loans for stuff they should be lucky to even have touched in there life time avoid @ all cost. They really don't have funds to offer proper loans

I have never written a review for anything before, but I was absolutely disgusted with this place's level of customer service and have to share!!
0 stars.
Went in to look for a new/ used guitar. The man working told me they had hundreds of them in the back just lining the walls, and when I told him I had a couple hundred dollars to spend he laughed and sat back down with no intention of showing me any of them, and kept his sentences short and dull while staring at his computer screen.
Then when a customer walked in who appeared to be someone he recognized, he jumped right up with a smile and started talking to him.
Meanwhile, a second worker in the back sat on his butt behind a desk, playing his nice electric guitar...
I left feeling very disrespected as a customer with business to bring to them. Especially after a long drive to Hemet after speaking with him on the phone about the guitars they had. With all the free time they seem to have on their hands there, I'd imagine they'd be excited to make some money. Or maybe clean up their shop and make it look a little more appealing to their customers.
I will never return here and will tell everyone I know to stay away from Cindy's Pawn in any case.
