I was greeted with a smile, the food prep surfaces were very clean, everything was in stock, and the tables were clean too.

I don’t often go to Chipotle, but this location deserves electronic tipping in addition to their cash tip jar. The entire work crew was jiving together and they all seemed to be in a good mood too.

It was 12:30pm when I arrived and there was no wait at all. They’re handling the rush and staying caught up with everything else too!

Excellent crew on hand here today!

So many times over the last six months the food has been horrible and not to the standards of any other chipotle I’ve ever been to. Clearly the staff and the management no longer care about quality of food. It was good in the beginning but now it’s horrible and I’ve given it so many tries. Done now. Stay away from this location. They don’t care. Burnt tortillas, missing parts, sauces not right with random stuff mixed in with sour cream. Just beyond bad.

I had to eat here as a last resort as I normally don’t eat at Chipotle due to the poor quality of the ingredients mixed with how low this one has on reviews. Well I was shocked with how disgusting the dining area was! All the tables were dirty and the trash was overflowing. There were plenty of employees too so it was not like they were low on staff. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and it was disgustingly greasy! It was also so expensive for being tiny. I used to be a die hard Chipotle lover years ago before they changed to poor quality ingredients that would upset my stomach. Unfortunately I will not be back as they have gone even more downhill.

Quite possibly the worst Chipotle in the West! Terrible customer service, rude with zero pride in the food they serve… pretty sure the customers are just an inside joke to the employees… this passes for a large chips? See picture… food tastes like it was cooked yesterday and left out overnight. Avoid this location like the bubonic plague. You will thank me for doing so.

I used to be a great fan. I would dine here once a week. But the last 3 times I have come in for dinner, I was beyond disappointed. The portion size has almost been cut in half. The meats are fatty and have too much grizzle. Or they are out of too many particular meats.
The guacamole tastes different. I am not sure why that is, but it doesn't taste like it used to. My large bag of chips on my list 3 visits were only half full.
So after 3 failed attempts to give them the benefit of doubt, I have decided NOT to dine there anymore.

Really hate to resort to putting a review on a business. Tried to order extra meat on a burrito bowl. Kid behind the counter refused, said I had enough. Even though I was willing to pay for it. Kid, they claim, is a minor, so would not give me his name. If you are dealing with the public, you need to have a name. Very in personable way of doing business if that is really their policy. Emily, who claims to be the "store Manager", that I tried to address my issues with, said "sorry I will talk with him, He is my crew". Well, she is right about that, he is her crew, and she was the one who released this tyrant to the public, so this is a reflection on her poor management practices. She did not offer to make our order, nor try and rectify / defuse the situation. Just tried to get rid of me. Apathy and customer service at its minimum do not go together. Then asked for the Store managers name, she refused to give it. Asked for any other way to escalate, she refused to tell me. Said it was policy not to tell, and I would need to go online and look it up myself. I really don't care about extra protein nor if they stay in business, but I do care about how my family, and I were treated at a national brand and want to save another person from a bunch of kids that don't care. Look at the reviews, store is critically mismanaged!!!!

I have been to this store quite a few times. The last 2 times the food has seemed and tasted old, like it had been out at the wrong temperature all day. Also, they messed up my order twice at the start. I always get no beans and I have had to tell them both times recently start over cause they put beans on my bowl. Of course, they then act like it's my fault but I said it multiple times and as they were doing it to not put beans on my food. Just overall really dissapointed.
