This store has an extremely opaque and dishonest return policy. I went to this store to purchase daycare uniforms for a family friend since I was on the area, and they ended up being the wrong size. At no point on the signage or receipt, nor when I purchased the items was I told by the two women working there that day that these items were final sale. In fact the receipt clearly states items can be returned within 30 days. Of course, when I tried to return them that's when the cashier said to me "oh these are final sale, you should have been told," and when I said they were not indicated final sale, she checked the area where they came from and confirmed it did not have a sign. They refused to issue a refund and proceeded to battle the dispute with my CC when I filed a complaint. Literally never stepping foot in this store again- make you sure triple check the signage and receipts when you purchase and maybe get a recording at the time of sale to guarantee this doesn't happen to you too!

Visited this wonderful uniform store the second week of school to grab the few uniform items I could to ensure my sons were dressed properly. This was our first time uniform shopping together and it was such a success. Every single staff member there was beyond helpful. I didn’t have to wait for assistance when I couldn’t find the right size, or needed the fitting room. It was as if we had our own personal uniform shopper. God also works in such amazing ways. When I had to sort through items picked and leave others, the kindest soul decided to gift my boys the rest as a surprise. There are still good people in this world and I am blessed my sons were on the receiving end. I can’t wait to pay it forward! Thank you guys for all you do! Until next time ✨✨✨

They have a monopoly on uniforms in Sarasota. I bought a sweatshirt September 19, 2024 and it is still not in. I called today. They said it would be in December 15 and now it’s sometime in January. In the meantime, the school is saying they can’t wear anything other than the sweatshirt that we purchased at children’s world. How to stay warm
