This was one of the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. I was in a bad accident the day before, and they went above and beyond to make sure my breakfast was amazing. Thank you to the cashier for making me her person of the day.

Wow. Beyond incredible service here by the staff and manager, this was my first visit to a chik fil a and I was blown away. By the time I got my receipt the food was ready and fresh and a nice gentleman walked it out to a table for me, they walk around and ask you if you need anything extra brought to you or a refill on your drink. Best service I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in my life!

Stopped by after work and was serviced by Caroline. She was so pleasant and sweet! I tried the new banana shake and she made sure it was something that I liked or if not, she would make it right! That very rare for a person to show genuine concern! Thanks again for you’re great hospitality, Caroline!!

I don't know if my husband and I spoke to the manager or what, but she was extremely rude and unhelpful. We ordered 3 sandwiches which were about $5-6 each. We called the restaurant to get a refund on the sandwich we obviously didn't receive and both my husband and I were brushed off by some lady saying she had no control over the matter. I expect so much better of Chickfila. Any time we had an issue in the past it was addressed and fixed promptly without question. I don't know who runs this location now, but they need to do some training or rehiring.

Messed up on an uber eats order. Called the store to see if they could add to order. Although they couldn’t in the system, they still included it. Shoutout to Jacob! Definitely not the first time we’ve ate here and obviously not the last.

Great Chick fil a experience as always. Very organized, drive thru line moved quickly. Customer service was great and food was delicious ?. Wish they would open one closer to us .. the best food in Arkansas!

The Manager of this store is absolutely WONDERFUL!!!! It's so refreshing to see a manager that cares and pours into the work ethic that he wants to see in his staff too. He's out in the store working along with his team members and it's the best! 10/10 great service
