My granddaughter, Luna, and I had a wonderful day as zookeepers for a day. My granddaughter had one of her dreams come true today. Thank you so much. Thank you Nina and Donna for a sensational , unbelievable experience. My sisters and I had enjoyed interacting and learning about all the endangered animals. Loved all of them !. Staff , volunteers, and you both were so welcoming .
The Hacienda was absolutely a unique experience , watching the sloths and lemurs in our bedrooms .
I will definitely tell my friends all about my incredible experience.

We had the unique experience of staying in the hacienda for 4 nights and enjoying a private tour one of the days during our stay. It was a great experience! Kim greeted us when we arrived at the house late, and also ended up being our tour guide. We loved seeing the sloths and ring-tailed lemurs from our windows, and the experience to go in and feed them daily was absolutely a highlight of our time there. Katie also greeted us on our first morning and showed us around the property that we had access to as guests. She was wonderful on the phone before our trip and in person. We got to walk part of the property at night with headlamps to see the nocturnal animals, could relax in the butterfly garden, walk out on the boardwalk, pet deer and goats. Our son swam a couple of times and we all loved the view in the mornings and walking with our tea and coffee. The house is clean, well stocked for preparing food, comfortable, and we loved the decor. The private tour was absolutely wonderful. All of the team and volunteers are friendly, knowledgeable, and you can tell how enthusiastic they are about their jobs, being at the sanctuary, and the mission. We can’t wait go back and hope to make it there every few years.

Had an amazing visit to the chase sanctuary! We did the group tour and I also did the add on genet cat experience. The staff was so kind and knowledgeable, and the place was so adorable! The animals were well loved and so sweet. I enjoyed feeding the ring tailed lemurs and other cuties. We are definitely planning to make another trip there in the near future for the painting or yoga classes. A great place to relax and spend the day with animals 💕

I bought this package as a surprise date for My Person. She loved it! The people, facility, and animals created an unforgettable experience. If you’re doing this for a special event, be aware, you are not allowed to take pictures. (An employee takes them and will send in a few days but that’s not what I’d like to have had to remember the moments.). We have the mental snapshots of the fun that we had and the experience that we shared. it would be fun to have had some shots for our wall when we saw things that interested us. As a bonus, there is a sweet deer that interacts with the crowd as well and loves to eat from your hand and have an additional scratch on her jaw. I would recommend this and do it again. I only wish I could’ve taken pictures of what was a very special day for she and I. Katie was our instructor and was interesting, sweet, helpful, and did everything she could to make the event memorable. I’m extremely please! I’ll do this again.

By far the coolest experience I’ve ever had! We stayed at the hacienda here and I was blown away by the view of the sloths and lemurs from our bedrooms. We also did a private tour which we loved! The staff went above and beyond, teaching us all about the animals and giving us the opportunity to have hands on interactions. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Went on a full private tour. Your lasted about 1.5-2 hours and you spend time with many different types of tropical animals. Variety of lemurs and turtles and tortoises. Anteater toucans small monkeys. Small gift shop but enough there to get a memory of your visit. You get to feed lemurs which is super cool!!! They will sit on your arm or shoulder just snacking on some fruit. The caretakers are almost all volunteer and partner with programs around the state and country to protect the various animals they have.
