After my Apple Watch screen was shattered, I looked online and saw a general consensus that it is hard to find anyone that will replace a screen for this watch— even if someone could, it would be a few hundred dollars. I put the watch in my purse and left it there while I decided whether I should pay so much to repair it or just get a new one. I realized I didn’t miss the watch too much and forgot about it for a couple months. While out running errands, I noticed Cellphone Central and thought about the watch and walked in to see what they could do. I was immediately greeted and offered assistance.

I was fully expecting to hear they couldn’t fix it, but to my surprise they reassured me it was no problem and they would be happy to help. They told me they had to order the parts so it would take a while and I would need to pay up front—the total was significantly less than I expected! The most surprising part was that they called me after just a few days to let me know it was ready to be picked up! I thought “a while” would be a week or two considering shipping. I went in to get it and my watch was like new— perfect screen sensitivity and display! I picked up a new watch band while I was there and because I had paid for the screen repair, they even offered a discount the band.

Everyone there was so friendly, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am so glad I impulsively walked into the store this week, I forgot how useful this gadget is and it would still be rotting in my purse without the help of Cellphone Central. Thank you guys!

I walked in and I got greeted immediately. Justin was so friendly and quick with my phone. I asked if he could look at it and he cleaned it out, took his time and saved me money because I thought I’d have to spend a lot of money to get it fixed. I went in with a charger port that would not do anything. I left with the working one after they cleaned it in a very reasonable fee. The fee is generally around $5 friendly helpful and effective. What more can you ask for. Update. I don't think I can write a glowing enough review for these guys. They could have told me to just replace the charging port charged me $100 and I would have been happy. Also I was unable to tell until I got home back in Texas if the cleaning was all that I needed. The chargers I was using were inconsistent. I didn't have a lot of confidence in the cables. The charger that worked best was not a fast charger and I had no idea about the data. Android auto was not working but I didn't have that with me in Arkansas anyway. Now now everything works just like it's supposed to including Android auto and I'm hoping I'll be able to connect to my drone now. Which is another problem I was having. If they charged me $20 for the cleaning I would have been happy to pay it even though it only took them a couple of minutes because my phone works right now. Guys don't charge your customers $20 now just because I said that but it is of great value. Great now I'm going to give you a business idea. But I didn't think about until I was writing this. Give people free port cleanings just to get them in your store and have a chance to buy other stuff and so they know you when something breaks and they trust you instead of other options. Anyway I highly recommend the store and if you're having any problems with your phone that you don't understand I think these guys can help you.

I have came in with a couple of friends to get a fixed screen that needed repair in order for it to work properly. We had amazing help from Adam who works at cellphone central. Very recommended place to go to and nice people to help you out!!
