So I took my computer up there to get repaired, called every day to see if it was ready. I left my name, number, password. I called every day for 3 days to check on it. Every time I call the technician wasn't there. I go up there finally, and he comes from the back and says it has hard drive issues, and it needs replacing. Then goes on to tell me he couldn't get it to power on because I gave it to them with zero charge. Mind you, its brand new mayb 3 months old. I was 100% when I took it up there even showed the younger guy at the counter what it was doing , then cut it off. How would you know it has hard drive issues if you couldn't get it to power on Shenanigans I tell ya.

We were on vacation and my daughter broke her phone screen on Saturday. They ordered a new screen and had it fixed as soon as the screen came in on Monday. Then a couple days later, she realized that her camera on the front wasn't working. Went back to them and within 20 minutes they had everything fixed and working properly! They were very friendly and polite!

Good, professional service. Told me the prices upfront (which were reasonable,) and fixed my phone quickly. My iPhone X had water in it and a damaged screen, Ryan fixed it all and had it like new in 2 hours.

If you get water in your phone, I recommend taking it straight to these guys and not trying to dry it yourself with a bag of rice (doesn't work!) They will open it up and dry and clean everything inside for a measly $90 (as of 10/4/20.)
