Great experience, cristen is with you every step of the way. She really makes the experience feel special and is great at keeping you in the loop of what’s going on. It was a very difficult market and she helped us Figure it out and get the house sold

Cristen was amazing from start to finish! We had a HUGE move from SC to AZ with all our animals so we needed timing on our side and for everything to line up for a smooth transition. Kristen made sure we were able to move right into our new home after our long drive across the country! She was very attentive and mindful of our needs. She was great with communicating and getting everything done on time! We will highly recommend her for anyone looking for a realtor! Thank you Cristen!

Cristen and her team helped us sell our old house and buy our new one. She and the team made our experience as easy as possible. We got a great price for the home we sold and paid a very reasonable price for the purchased home, under Cristen's guidance in a crazy market time. Everything was organized, timely, friendly, professional, and well executed. We couldn't have been happier with our experience with CC & Co. on both sides of the process (buying and selling) and would very highly recommend them without hesitation. You would be in fantastic hands!
