this is my ed it and it's still messed up since 2017. hurricane restoration plans put into place May 2024. what is going on? no one on the island operates like this government job. please put committeemen in charge of shovels

Just about the entire Island has moved on from the hurricane.
The conservation of this place by county is remiss, considering all the resources available. Must be a bunch of committees and not two men with a shovel. Amazing, a blind pig could make this place run.

Plenty of wildlife and beautiful sceanery to see here, my daughters loved shelling at a very prystine island right in front of Marco Island and we were able to see a manati and a dolphin in our trip, unforgetable. Nate, our boat captain was very pleasant, knoledgable and made every effort to make our trip even better.

This is a great place for water recreation. Boat launch, bait shop, you can rent paddle boats or go on a shell cruise. We have also fished off the dock. Picnic tables are available to just relax too.

great place for fishing or water sports! i bought a bucket of krill (1 dozen) and caught 5 fish! but beware of the pelicans!!! they will swoop down and eat your game.

We made a fast visit and we noticed there where owls on the premises with their nests.
Ot was an unusual but very amazing sight to see.
We also saw a lonely dolphin patroling the waters I was very excited 😊
