This is not the first visit to Catalina Pawn but I never took the time to consider the costumer service until I bought a tool with a faulty battery. When I returned to exchange the item I was a little apprehensive, but for nothing because they acted swiftly to assist me and exchanged the battery for a new one. From now on it will be the first place I check when my needs are bigger than my budget. Thanks Catalina Pawn. Larry Kirtland

This place is new and I am glad I came in to check it out. Great customer service. So much to offer and the gun selection is amazing. I bought a couple things and we’ll when I th out it was done they gave me a discount without asking. Don’t know why but that’s cool. They are very helpful and patient from what I seen them deal with some other customers and some I am sure don’t deserve that great of customer service.

This store was my first time doing a pawn. It was a piece of jewelry that was beyond sentimental value and all members were incredibly helpful. They answered every question I had to ask and reassured me that my piece would be safe and well taken care of. I would 10/10 trust this store with my needs and belongings. They also have a LOT of cool finds and nicely valued things. Definitely recommend for first timers who are nervous about pawning or buying from. Very welcoming and professional pawn shop.
