Cat Daddy's feedback staff is possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You get canned replies from the staff explaining they can't do anything to help you after game malfunctions, missing rewards, being isolated from events, etc. THE WORST!!!!! The only reason I'm giving one star is because Google is forcing me to.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I asked to be escalated internally for an issue. After I first spoke to the escalation person they never responded any further with any responses and have just kept ignoring me. I am considering contacting the Better Business Bureau about them.

Its been 3 weeks and they have ignored my purchase issue. 2k has sent it to them as well and they still ignore it. But by god they can takr the time to add lightning to their game.
