Lindsay was the best "pawner" I have ever met. Seriously so knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. It didn't take long for her to explain as she wrote up my ticket. I hope she gets a raise in paym. She deserves the best treatment by all.

Tried to call this pawn shop. I was told to text them. I did and had several questions and they refused to answer one regarding if they accept a certain product. No response. Not even the following day.
Not sure what kind of customer service I should expect from a pawn shop, but they should at least respond to all questions. I could have an item that would make them good money on a resale. You never know.
I wouldn’t consider this pawn shop as one I would shop at. Customer service has gone out the door these days.

Went in to pick up an item, was told I would have to come back after driving 40 miles to get there. Because the employee was not trained ?. Nor did he call his manager to inform her/him that I was there. I wasn't the only one either wanting to pick up an item. Which will cost more money in gas for having to come back. And I tried to call them before I left, and there phone wasn't working. Once I get my item out. I won't be going back. To the owner of this business, it best you have all of your employees trained before you leave them alone in your store! Otherwise you will lose business, as 4 customers left when I was there because they couldn't buy any firearms. Because of your untrained employee.

Unfortunately she stood there and watched me wait and wait and wait longer sorry I don't have the time to waste. I was looking into purchasing an engagement ring but I guess I have to take business elsewhere thanks for wasting my time.

Get there early . Pulled up 5min to spare no one in sight as in no customers... First door open place is lit up like it's open.. the cat behind the counter wouldn't open the security gate and stated "were closed" it's 7 0'clock? I asked "Were closed" he repeated.... I've been to many places just a cpl of minutes before closing and customers are still welcome. I've been other places where they welcome customers until the very minute of closing then close and or lock the door. I take it the dudes work ethic probably sucks, has no customer service skills and brown noses his way around. I'll probably never return not that they need me to.

Alisha knows her stuff!! Very professional and sweet!! Got me a gorgeous ring there and they have an awesome diamond tester which tells you what kind of diamond it is real/fake or lab grown/natural. Nice to know what your buying! Definitely would recommend if you need to pawn, get a title loan, or just browse their inventory.

My stage name as a performer is Bryan Scott and my real name is Gary. In my life I have had trying times in the past and challenges to overcome but this time was without a doubt the worst of them. In April of 2023. I moved from Las Vegas Nevada on the promise of a new great career in Florence Arizona. I sold 80% of everything I owned to make the move to cover everything including 1st last and deposit. I met and had dinner with my new landlord and his wife at a restaurant and got to see the amazing home. I signed the contracts, had the internet installed and the power and water in my name. When we arrived with the 26ft Penske truck I noticed some workers still doing some things so I called him and he said they were wrapping up and I opened the back to unload only to be told by someone there that it was his house he had been remodeling. When I called the guy that was my landlord the number no longer accepted calls and that was my beginning in Arizona.
Why is this important? Well, I had to find another place with no money and truck full of furniture. And I couldn't make it to my new job but I did call. I was let go. Fast forward to 2024 and I had a fair job and struggling in casa grande. I was losing again and I ended up pawning my laptop and my title to Casino Pawn and Gold in Casa Grande. The staff were professional, very courteous and I went ahead with the deal.in August of 24 my time was up to lose it all but they were so understanding and gave me some more time. Then I had to go back to Vegas because my mother passed away. I totally forgot about the stuff. They contacted me and instead of the cold responses I had expected and experienced in the past with many other places like theirs. They were understanding again and never put pressure on me or my family. They respected my issues and didn't keep raising the interest. They worked with me and gave me my dignity back. Not once had they ever treated me like a dead beat. Now in October and still worked with me until everything was paid and as I was walking away they said if I ever needed help again to feel free to come back.
This is a class act business that has more than loans and stuff for sale, they have a heart.
