This is the BEST Pawn shop in all of Yuma, Arizona. I purchased a pair of BEAUTIFUL GOLD EARRINGS, they are high end real gold. My husband found tools , lawnmowers, grinders and all construction equipment at a fraction of the cost from big box stores. The staff treated us with RESPECT and I observed every employee was PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND EXPERIENCED. I DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR QUALITY ITEMS AT A GOOD PRICE ?

I haven't gone to this place, thinking about going. But I was wondering if anyone knows if they also grab instruments (more specifically a bass), I know it's a paw shop but not all pawn shops grab instruments, and I've been reading a lot of comments and they're mostly about jewelry so I don't want to go in vain.

Most of these complaints are due to being delusional as to how the world works. All shops have to protect themselves from scams and possible criminal acquisition of the goods being pawned. If you're a buyer, you won't have issues with this shop at all. If you're trying to sell something and it's something you love, but you're desperate for money, of course you will be disappointed because it's a business and you're better off selling on Fb, OfferUp, etc yourself. I had to pawn a very nice video camera in Florida and I loved it. Desperation causes hopes and dreams to die. I never got it back and it was my grandmother's final gift to me. Pawn shops serve a function and unfortunately that is the state of our world. Yes hopes and dreams can be swallowed up there, and you'll never get nearly as much as you thought something was worth to you if you're attached to it. In my opinion to stay on the light side, you go there to buy, not to sell. And I've bought 2 big ticket items from them so far and apart from a weak battery in a laptop I have no complaints.

I bought a floor jack , didn't leave the store ,checked it out, the fat mexican dude ,said I broke it, how do you break a floor jack in 2 minutes ,,any way I couldn't get a refund because he said I broke it , lost 28 bucks I got bent over a barrel many other times,these guys are the worst ,very un professional ,uneducated...very rude ,like there all that and a bag of chips, I don't go there any more ...trained crooks

They told me a ring I had was fake. I took it to a jeweler and the ring is worth $5000 to $6000. I would not trust them. I went to the other pawn shop and they were very helpful

By far I am very disappointed how this establishment is ran! The people who runs the front either need some customer service training and how to greet their customers. I came by the store today seeking to sell my HP laptop bought new a couple years back for $900 but was offer $80 pretty much 5 minutes into the store. She did not explain how she got that $80 nor did she really searched about the product. Overall, I am very disappointed and I would not recommend anyone in this town to go there because that place is a complete rip off and doesn’t give that place a friendly atmosphere. If i was the person overall in charge of that place, please seek new employees who know how to run the store correctly without loosing customers. Negative -5 stars and I am never going back

I called about a blender and a crock pot that I had received as gifts and the person I spoke to said to bring them in and they would help me. I came in and they wouldn't take them because they was not open, I was told that if they are sealed they give more but the person named Ozzy got a smug attitude with me and told me they never take unopened items which is a lie they have taken unopened things before. He went on to tell me he needed a receipt in order to take them for a loan, I had never been told that in all my years of dealing with Super Pawn. This place has nothing but attitude and staff who know nothing about value if items.
