Not sure what building some of these tenants live in where they say it’s quiet. If you want to open your doors and blast your music, you can do that here. If you want to put your big Bluetooth speaker right out front of your unit and blast music for your neighbors all day. You can do that here. If you want to grill and cookout right out front of your unit. (Even tho it’s a fire hazard) you can do that here. Oh and you can do that during all hours of the night too. As the security personal they provide is mostly responsible for getting cars towed that don’t belong on the property at night. Rent goes up and quality and the consideration pertaining to the neighborhood goes down.

I have lived at Casa Del Mar for over 7 years now, and I can’t say enough good things about the property management team, especially Gabby and Jessica. They are always professional, friendly, and responsive. Any time we’ve had an issue, it’s been addressed promptly and efficiently.

The property itself is well-maintained and always looks beautiful. The common areas are clean, the landscaping is always pristine, and any maintenance concerns are handled quickly. It’s clear that Gabby and her team take great pride in managing Casa Del Mar, and it truly feels like home here. I highly recommend Casa Del Mar to anyone looking for a great place to live with top-notch management!

I love living at Casa Del Mar, the place is always clean and quiet, the landscape well manicured and neat. The staff in the leasing office are always polite, smiling , welcoming and eager to help especially the property manager, Abby, is awesome and listened attentively and always find a solution to solve whatever problem. I have been living here going 3 years and is very comfortable and satisfied, words can't be enough to express how much I love the staff. I have never felt uncomfortable whenever i walked into that office. They are the best 👌

I am or will be a tenant of this condominium. Life here was not difficult for me, because the times I needed Jessica from the office and her maintenance staff were SUPER. But it turns out that lately they do not care about choosing new tenants and it has already become difficult for us to continue here, thanks to those they hired they have summarized the flow of water to the unit, to the point that if you bathe you cannot mop, the cockroaches due to the characteristics and customs of the people they hire are already an epidemic and there is no control over them. And to make matters worse, they want to raise the rent. So the good ones will leave and let them keep their filth.

I’ve lived here 14 years and love my home. The property has improved drastically in recent years. Landscaping is always beautiful, daily security, office staff is attentive, maintenance is timely. I have 0 complaints!

Seeing negative reviews about this place baffles me! The office staff has gone above and beyond making my move in a seamless process. My apartment is perfect and I truly enjoy the environment here. The night time security is an added bonus! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Haven’t been here too long, but I love it. First of all, all the girls in the office, including the manager, are very sweet and beyond helpful; from before I applied to after I moved in. My only complaint is the maintenance guy who decided I didn’t need light switches he was supposed to fix, but the office called me an electrician. It’s quiet and safe, which is all i ask for. I’m on the side closest to forest hill, so you can hear drivers with obnoxious cars, but it quiets down. It doesn’t go on all night. And despite what someone else said, there most certainly is speed bumps and security (at night, which is what’s advertised). The security guy does his job well, I’ve spoken to him several times. And they take good care of the property. Would recommend it.

I live here and I'm very satisfied with everything. Its clean and safe. They have security every night. Office staff very knowledgeable and maintenance staff even better. Been here 4 yrs and not planning on moving out.
