On absolutely terrible weather your staff couldn't be more helpful & hospitable. I thought I purchased a vehicle under all type of conditions. From the manager to sales associate to cashier everyone was gracious as well as curtious. Outside few minor vehicle issues ( non mechanical) excellent experience.

I’ll tell you what I would recommend this place to anybody because in my particular situation the sales manager, Matt… This guy was unbelievable. He got me in to a vehicle and got the payment where I needed it to be he got was just phenomenal. The whole place is phenomenal…!!!!!👍👍👍👍‼️‼️

I have bought 2 cars from Car-Mart in sherman and have had no problems with either of them. Just bought my 3rd. Any problems you do find during a test drive, you let them know and they get those fixed immediately. It is a USED car lot after all. Anytime I have had problems, normal wear and tear or anything major. Even at some points when I fell on hard times and couldn't make my payment just COMMUNICATE and Chuck and his team will try everything in their power to help. Their customer service is what brings me back to them and absolutely adore everybody in this specific dealership. From looking and buying a car, to the whole process in between till paid off. They have been nothing but friendly and supportive. I will continue to come here for my vehicle needs.

Chuck, Parker, & Brandon and everyone else that was involved in my purchase, thank you for everything. The experience from beginning to end was very flawless. I never once felt like anyone was getting over on me. They were actually very up front and honest. I was able to get a very nice car for a very reasonable payment. They have a great system wheee they over every one of them from top to bottom then they are detailed with precision. And they all come with a two year warranty at no cost to you. The very best part is every single person who is anyone that works there knows their stuff. Very friendly and helpful, professional, very knowledgeable and very personal. The approval process was very easy to do and the required documentation was realistic and easy to provide because they don’t require a B mountain.
