Carlos has so much knowledge it's no wonder so many Realtors reach out to him for help. He is an amazing office manager with so much experience and brain power it's sets you back sometimes. He always seems to have solutions just ready for the countless problems real estate has. He doesn't get easily overwhelmed and is very hard working and willing to travel to take care of his clients. Realtor Carlos Barron is a 5-star agent.
He went above and beyond my expectations of listing my mother’s “fair conditioned” estate. He oversaw & coordinated his team of home improvement experts (electricians, plumbers painters, window installers etc.) in its renovation. His expertise in choosing modern fixtures, appliances and lighting enhanced the home’s beautification.
The lawn and garden improvements greatly helped in its backyard and curb appeal. All the changes brought the “fixer-upper” house into a turn-key home! He is knowledgeable and trustworthy with updated daily communication. He is easy to work with 🙂. He treated my mom’s house like it was his own. It was a pleasure working with him.
