Captain Crazy's Paradise hits all the right notes when it comes to arcades. I recently visited along with my wife and a friend visiting from out of town. It's got a huge selection of video games and pinball machines. A great selection of snacks, beer, and soft drinks.
You can tell that the owners are really passionate about creating a fun, exciting yet relaxed vibe!
For me, at 58, it gave me nice nostalgia vibes. Enjoy!

This was the best deal I've ever found! No paying for points to play each game and 30 minutes later you're out of points! I paid $25 for me and $15 for each grandson and we were there for four hours!! There was a great variety of games - new and vintage. We were able to buy drinks and snacks for a decent price. The staff was very friendly! The bathrooms were very clean. Highly recommend them!

If you grew up visiting Gulf Shores in the 80s/90s and remember the classic arcades, you need to visit Captain Crazy’s Paradise in Foley near the outlets. It’s family-owned and operated, and the staff were excellent.

This place is perfect for killing time if you’re dropping off family members at the outlets. You buy a wristband, and all the arcade games are set to free play. They offer options for all-day wristbands or a cheaper one-hour free play wristband. They also have Top Golf simulators available for an additional fee.

There’s a fantastic selection of pinball and arcade cabinets that my boys loved. The craft beer menu is great, with plenty of standard favorites, and the food menu is solid (I highly recommend the Korean corndog).

I’m excited to add Captain Crazy’s Paradise to my regular rotation when I visit the Gulf. Check it out for some genuine arcade fun!

Looked up arcades while at the beach and all but this place was your typical gambling machine arcade. Upon entering it's lightly lit like a Japanese area at night. It's a nice cool temp to escape from the heat. They have a snack area in the back with beverages for ALL ages. This arcade is $10 per person per hour. All games unlocked except big screen simulators. Pinball machines were in great shape and they're all set up like competition. They have DDR, Pacman, Miss Pac-Man, Dig Dug, Galactica so much more. My daughter and I were occupied for 2 hours. We really wanted to go back before leaving but didn't have time. Please support this business. I met both owners and they were great people. We'll see y'all next year!!!

Great arcade. Entry fee was a bit higher than what we are used to in north Texas but was worth the fee. The atmosphere is great. Absolutely a huge fan of the Stern pinball machines along with other machines. Love that they are using stern inside connect. Hard to find this niche, but is a huge bonus for pinball lovers. I also love the idea of putting retro console games on big screen projectors to bring something fresh. Although maybe don’t allow modern games like amongus which takes away from the retro vibe there. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area of visiting.

It pains me to leave this review because it's a really cool location with a great selection of arcade games not normally found anywhere else. The management was incredibly rude to my wife and her trained service dog. Instead of approaching her and asking about her service dog and his concerns, he immediately escalated the situation and forbade entry. Eventually, after reminding the manager about the law regarding Service Animals, we were let in, reluctantly. I understand this day and age, people try to pass off untrained dogs as service animals to get them in anywhere, but that is not the case with us. This experience has soured our opinion about this place. We hope for the Arcade's continued success that they brush up on the ADA laws and realize that not all disabilities are obvious and visible.

Amazing opportunity to have fun all day! Fun energetic atmosphere with lots of classic games for all the family to enjoy. We had a last minute change for my daughter's birthday and we called them to see if they would let us go there to celebrate. They were extremely kind, understanding, and accommodating. I loved the Japanese feel to it and appreciated both the modern and retro combination.
