I’ve been living at Cameron Estates for a while now, and I have to say, the new management is definitely making a difference. Compared to the previous team, they are much more responsive, professional, and committed to maintaining the property.

I’ve noticed significant improvements in maintenance response times, common areas are cleaner, and communication with residents has improved. They are actively working on fixing previous issues and making this a better place to live.

There’s still room for improvement, but it’s clear that the new management actually cares and is taking steps in the right direction. If you had concerns in the past, I’d recommend giving them another chance!

Cameron Estates has been under new management a few times since I’ve lived here ( which is over a year) however, the latest change of management occurred in January 2025, and I’ve seen improvement in many areas. The new resident lounge is more personal and gives the feeling that management wants to see residents and listen to their concerns.
The clubhouse which has a movie theater, games room, pool and gym is beautiful! My husband is especially happy that the gym is now open until 12am to accommodate those who work late. We have Taco Tuesdays, social events on some Wednesdays or Fridays plus cooking demo at least once a month by Chef CesArt.
Every apartment was given a new garbage bin in which to place trash which is collected by a valet service every night.
I believe that this new management is working hard to improve not only the aesthetics of the complex but also the service to its residence.

I really enjoy living here simply because of people like Assistant Manager Diana. Every time I've had an issue or needed her help, she's always been polite, understanding, and a great resource. Thank you Diana for being the best part of your management team and a golden star for your residents.

Wow, I went to the office and they where very busy helping a line of other people, the phone ringing non stop.. Diana & Thais were the only ones helping. They apologized for the wait. The new management, Pegasus needs to do better, and help the under staffed problem. These 2 ladies were doing the BEST they could. I’m only giving a review just for Diana and Thais ! only because they tried helping me in all ways... I can’t imagine being in their shoes with no one else to help them. Thank you Diana & Thais you 2 were remarkable !

Update - adding this months later as there has been no improvement (even with “new management”). On top of that, i wish i was making this up but there has been a fire alarm going off 24/7 in our building since AUGUST - it is now December 19. Management has been told multiple times, half the time they are surprised it’s going off, yet staff is coming in the building daily for repairs and say nothing to fix it.

I also had a maintenance guy ask me yesterday if my ceiling was leaking because they are having issues with roofs leaking.

Live here if you want to be in the absolute dirtiest conditions and worst managed property. Don’t let the club house fool you - the actual buildings will be constantly covered in dirt, puke, spills and god knows what else. There was even blood for weeks when we first moved in. Photos don’t even do it justice of how filthy it is. There is never any routine cleaning. On top of that, the property has a new manager every 2 months. The staff are INCREDIBLY rude and act like asking for clean spaces to live in is too much. Will be getting out of our lease the second we can.

Would also like to preface we have addressed the issue of the building cleanliness at least 15 times with management since moving in and asked for long term solutions. They act like you are an inconvenience to them for wanting reasonable living conditions.

I’ve been a resident for going on three years and hands down will say the management and leasing team are on par with service and communication. Very much appreciate their efforts on making this community what it is. 10/10 would recommend 👍

This is supposed to be a gated community with 24/7 security, but somehow squatters were found to be living in a unit for weeks. When these squatter then broke in to an occupied apt, the company offered absolutely no protection or reimbursement. I would not recommend to anyone who values their life or belongings.

Cameron Estates is truly a dream community! Since Teresa became the new property manager, everything has been running so smoothly, and her friendly, professional approach has made a huge difference. She’s always available, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. The community, feels like living in a resort – the landscaping is pristine, the amenities are luxurious, and the atmosphere is so peaceful and inviting. Where else will you have a community movie theatre!!
