The new owner Mr. Sing has spectacular customer service. When we first walked in we had to wait for a few minutes, it appeared he was setting up a party of about 15 people so the wait was understandable. We were there for laser tag, he let us know it would be about 25 minutes as the party was before us. He recommended a round of glow golf that we declined. He had some cool glow in the dark tattoos he offered to us that my son (5yo) was really pumped about. The party ended up having one person run late. When we were waiting for longer than 25 minutes Mr. sing gave us free tokens to play a round of air hockey while we waited. The laser tag was fun, you had to hit the guns because there weren’t vests. Mr. Sing showed us all our scores after the games. We also took a ride on the mechanical bull. It seems like the new ownership has really done Cali Glow good!!

New owner MP Singh is great dude. Love how he explains everything. Very funny guy. Love to spend time here with family. Great place for kids to have fun. I 100% recommend this place to everyone!!

Fun little spot, right next to the bowling alley. Had never been, and we were meeting peeps from out of town. So, we went to Street Zlan right down the street for some great grub. Had a great meal.. then a little putt putt.. a little bowling and beers. Easy spot to get go off I-5 with lots of fun options around there, imho..

OK, so I decided my hubby and I should go here on a date today. We live in Stockton, so it was a drive. We arrived 😁.... we walk in to a girl who looked less than thrilled to be there even though we struggled as our eyes attempted to adjust to the sudden darkness. We paid our $12.
50 each person and were given a club as well as asked which color ball we'd like. My hubby picked yellow and I picked blue. We stumbled our way to the course( with no further instruction), and when we finally figured out where to start.. my ball didn't glow! COULDN'T SEE IT LOL. BAck to the desk I picked pink and we were off to the races from there. The course has many cool songs playing on tvs, a LOT of BEAUTIFUL graffiti, and multiple art features to do with CA. About half way through, though, I was SWEATY. It wasn't hot OUTSIDE. So if you are looking for an indoor reprieve from the heat... THIS ISN'T IT. I recall seeing some limted arcade games coming in, a photo op with wings, but no REAL advertising for food or drinks. If I hadn't looked at the website or wall outside, I wouldn't even know they had laser tag. Good for us consumers, not so much the owners, there was absolutely no attempt at an upsale. The mini golf was cute, the glow theme fun (once you realize where to walk), but it's not really challenging for anyone over like 8. It was DEAD in there on a Sunday Memorial Day weekend in the afternoon. I would recommend to the owners to add ( or advertise better) food/drinks, I didn't see anything about it on the website, and your employee looked like she would rather not be bothered. As well as AIR CONDITIONING will improve your summer guest numbers.

The attendant (I didn't get his name) was very sweet and patient and he was good with kids. He gave my son an extra round of laser tag for his birthday! We had a good time, even my little ones he brought out toys for them, well be back! The place is pretty run down though so take that into consideration.

Just went with my husband and kids. We started with mini golf..fantastic art all over the walls! We then played laser tag which was so much fun! I definitely feel like you get your money's worth. Fun arcade games, friendly staff, nice and clean and there was barely a wait time for laser tag. We will be back!

Went to a birthday party there and was very disappointed by the service (lack there of)!! We got there on time and was told that only 6 kids could do lazertag and that the machine wasn't ready! (Knowing there is a party scheduled, wouldn't it make sense to have the machine prepped?) We asked if the others could do the golf and they said it was fine. We had to ask for water/soda a good 30 min after being there. (Knowing there is a party scheduled, shouldn't they have brought this out without having to ask?) We specifically told them we had to leave by 2 and at 10 til, our food still was not here! (Knowing there is a party scheduled, shouldn't they...u get it!) We had to constantly ask for things, like when the other half of the party can go do lazertag, beverages, cups, food!! They were very unprofessional, sitting up front just chatting with each other, knowing we were watching time and them!! Very disconnected from the other party there too! The other party had to ask for more food and was told they had to order it, they couldn't get it to work, to order more food, so didn't. I watched the lady ask for more water and they had HER walk over to the bowling ally to get it!!😳) The pizza arrived at 2, when we had to leave!! So I offered the pizza to the other party and we left!! It's real sad, that this is the ONLY place like this in EG and if this is the service they provide, it won't be long before they're gone!! (PS: The manager refunded the money through an email; however, never made actual contact with the mom who threw the party, no "in" personal apology [when she drove back to talk to the manager and was simply told by the gal at the desk "check your email"!]); no, "hey, give us a chance to make things right, here's a couple tickets to visit us again...Sorry this happened, we have a new crew..." whatever, there was nothing...The only other people there were another b-day party!
The air hockey table was out of order, so we recommend to the gal they should put a sign on it! She did. No actual party room, just picnic tables, in the open, on the side! The lazertag, there was NO respawn point, you would just stand there for a few seconds and respawn, player could hold the sensor and keep others from "tagging" them...total disappointment!

The kids enjoyed the mini golf and laser tag. They do have deals on Groupon from time to time as that is what we did. Laser tag you get to play 3 games back to back. Looking forward to taking the kids back again
