What a great place like a hidden secret in Martinez get a group of friends go check out this place. It was a great time. This is a family run business. It was really cool to see and support. They serve dinner so that was a lot of fun followed by three or four different magicians. It’s a quaint little place with lots of historical photos on the wall, the host Gerry makes sure all has a great time. Oh did I mention they have chocolate covered strawberry marshmallow in some sort of cream puff for dessert!

I've attended the California Magic Club for many years now and am always delighted by the amazing magicians, delicious meal, and one of a kind atmosphere. The owner (Gerry) is not only a wonderful magician, but a gracious host who makes you feel like family the moment you walk through the door. From the interactive tableside magic during dinner to larger than life magic presented on stage. Cal Magic remains a place unlike any other in Martinez CA. A night out you will not soon forget!

What a Fantastic experience! The food was delicious (my partner and I will be talking about that butter dip for weeks!) Each magician brought their own brand of joy and wonder. We saw 4 up-close magic acts and couldn't figure out a single one of them. You could tell how much love and effort Gerry puts into this family run business. I'm visiting from out of town, but this will become a must-do every time I visit. Worth every penny.
