Entered the store with the intention to sell/ get store credit for my own games. They offered Gamestop prices so I passed, but they had a big selection of retro games. I ended up picking up Blitz The league for only 30$ which is half of what it goes for on ebay/price charting. I don't know what references they price their games, but you can gets some cool deals here plus the resurface your purchased games for free. When it comes to phone repair/or other things like that I didn't really indulge so I couldn't tell you if the other sketchy experiences that people had are true or not, but for my experience its a great store to shop for games.

Found the game and system I needed. Lady at front desk was pleasant and professional. A little moody but kept a professional performance while getting and packing our items. Good amount of inventory but not really expansive, a lot of repetitive items in stock. I got a Nintendo Wii and my friend got a copy of Paper Mario Sticker Star without a box(Not shown in picture). Wii practically in new condition, it did not come completely with original wiring

My experience was in I was just walking in to see if they can buff out disc's but in the end I came in and both 2 games being epic mickey and epic mickey 2 in good condition. And the employee over there was very nice, so stop by if you happen to come by!

Rude Customer Service.
The clerk has low charisma stats for a salesman.

Randomly stumbled upon this place as my wife and I were walking by.

Asked the gaming clerk how much a specific gaming device would cost, so he gave me a quote and told me he wouldn't tax me if I paid him in cash or debit, but I didn't have either of those options at hand there and then, so I asked him if I could do credit instead, then he made an expression of annoyance and responded harshly and condescendingly by repeating himself that he would only do "CASH OR DEBIT", and that he didn't do credit.

(If my momma heard me respond to someone with the tone the way he did to me, she would have given me the chanclaso!)

I wanted to go off on him and tell him that in my defense, his first statement didn't seem to imply that he didn't do credit, just that he would tax me if I went that route, as opposed to paying in "CASH OR DEBIT".
But I chose to bite my tongue because I still wanted to explore the items he had in stock.

Ended up not buying anything though, just seemed so shady how there were no price tags on anything; the quotes were ridiculous, and the clerk most likely makes up random prices depending on who comes in and asks.

Anyways, I was thinking of possibly coming back, despite my bad first impression, but after seeing the reviews here on their bad and rude customer service, as well as their scammy and sleazy behavior (which was an impression of a possibility I felt visiting this shop), I say these guys can eat .

I'm torn. Gabby was extremely helpful and friendly but Caleb was teetering on the line between professional and rude. Their selection of games, consoles and accessories is better than most brick and mortar stores but the pricing is more akin to eBay and Mercari.

I had a very good experience. I bought a ps2 recently and the guy was very kind . He even tired out a game that was having issues another try until it worked. Showed me many games and even lowered the price up to $20 on 2 games. I give this place a very strong 5 stars.

Prices are better than the other game stores I've been too, I just went to look around today and the guy seemed nice. My overall experience was positive.
